Review 1：Amazing Owner, Room & Location. We had the most delightful stay and Luc was incredibly friendly and helpful. Off street secure parking for our motorcycle was an unexpected bonus. Luc's attention to detail to ensure we had an enjoyable stay was more than we expected and it was very much appreciated. The room was beautifully decorated and very well equipped and presented to cater for our every need. This included hair drier and hair straighteners and the complementary tray was full of bite size pastries, chocolates and biscuits. The breakfast is presented on a lovely tray and left outside your room at an agreed time, which you can enjoy at your leisure. We cannot emphasize enough just how delicious the food was. Everything was so beautifully presented, it was like a work of art. Luc is a first class host. Location is a 5 minute walk from the town which is delightful to walk around day or night.

Review 5：The house was very close to town centre. The room was a very good size and had everything we needed. We were given a key and felt very comfortable coming and going as we pleased. The owner was very helpful.
Review 6：Our host was very welcoming when we arrived but we never saw him again, which was a problem as we had to leave very early on our departure day because of a train strike. In the end we just left a note and what we hope was the right money in cash.

Review 8：A beautiful room in a nice house on a quiet street, about 10 mins walk to the historic centre. the room was clean, comfortable and very stylish. It was very large and more like a suite or small apartment. We were lucky to get a booking at short notice but the owner still arranged to meet and greet us and spent a lot of time showing us all the facilities etc. He also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants, etc. Everyone we met who runs the B&B was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in the room and it was very nice, but was mainly bread, croissants and other pastries, and not something that I would want for several days (but we stayed only one night).

Review 10：Luc is a fantastic host who is helpful, friendly and attentive. He makes amazing home made yogurt and has though of everything you are likely to need for a stay at his delightful home. Its no surprise that he gets such a high rating.
Review 11：The rooms are made of wood and so they do tend to creek a little, but this added to the charm of the house. At times it was possible to hear occupants of the other room, but again it all adds to the charm of the house.
Review 12：The host and owner (Luc) was very politie, informative, connected and a good communicator. The room en suite was well equipped, clean and extremely quiet during the night (côte jardin). It is possible to black out the room completely or in turn view the stars. The wifi speed was excellent. There was no TV but this was not an issue as we were out n about most of the time in wonderful Pėrigord. We had free access to the house at all times.

Review 34：A gem of a place in beautiful perigueux. Luc was a superb host. The room was huge and well equipped. Breakfast was waiting for us when we got up and was delicious. It's a shame we were only there for 1 night.

Review 39：The bathroom in the hall way, although it didn't bother me in the slightest, if the room opposite were up a lot during the night it could be rather noisy with doors opening and closing.
Review 40：Luc went out of his way to welcome us. It was fantastic he was there to help us take our luggage up two flight of stairs. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and it was a very quiet street.
Review 41：No TV. The rooms are not en-suite. The smaller of the 2 rooms has an ensuite shower but the toilet is on the communal landling. The full bath/wc for the larger room is also on this landing. We were lucky that the other room wasn't booked during our stay. This is the only reason why we would not use this guest-house again.

The house was within 10 minutes walk of this lovely town centre. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was basically anything we asked for. Own kitchen area to enable tea/coffee etc making at any time of day or night.

Review 44：We could not fault anything about Chambres d'Hôtes Couleurs du Temps. Luc is a wonderful host, and nothing is too much trouble for him. He gave us excellent advice on where to eat and what to see in and around Perigueux. We had the front room, which is large and very well equipped with high quality fittings. Luc delivers a tray with your breakfast each morning at your nominated time. You only have to ask for something and it will be included on the tray. The location is excellent, in a quiet street only a few minutes walk from the heart of the town. Free parking is also available in the street We cannot recommend this B&B highly enough. Luc sets the standard for friendly service.
