Review 1：The staff were so helpful, we didn't speak German, and needed our daughter to be picked up at Saalbach one night from the train and they arranged it all and drove us to the station and the food was wonderful, breakfast and dinner included in our half board.
Review 2：If you come to ski, go to france. If you come to Apres-Ski, choose a hotel in the village itself. Very isolated hotel, not for party people. Location is ski-in/out. But this only works when you come down from the piste with the HochAlmBahn. If you come back with skibus or the other cabin lift it's actually a disaster location as you have to climb up the hill.
Review 3：This is a great hotel with good facilities, great food, comfort, cleanilness, free valet parking, good ski locker and so on. Nothing to complain whatsoever about the hotel itself.

Review 5：Location is magnificent! Although the small village Hinterglemm is a few kilometers away.. Rooms are modern and clean, nice sauna area but no swimming pool . Very good breakfast!
Review 6：I did the book this hotel last year and I request them to give me room with good view. When I reached they give me room with no view and they told me all room has been booked. I told them already I request good view from more than 7 month. Then the gave good view with paying extra 10 Euro per night and the room was good view. also I surprised when I did check out they asked me around 35 euro extra ONLY for the Cappuccino that served with breakfast. and the same time all hotels that I booked its given free with breakfast.

Review 20：The only criticism I could think of was that the sun shades on the terrace cheapen it a bit. If they were replaced with plain colours it would look a lot classier. However, in winter, this might cheer it up a bit for apres ski...
Review 21：We had a wonderful, albeit short, stay here. The staff were friendly, the rooms were excellent and modern, the balcony was large, the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The food in the restaurant was not the usual half-board offering of salad buffet, cheese buffet etc. Rather, the chef had created an imaginative and delicious menu and was willing to cater to dietary requirements. The wine list was good as were pre-dinner drinks. The bar is very nicely laid out and there are plenty of small public areas to retire to. Breakfast was good and varied and, contrary to earlier reviews, there was plenty of fresh fruit and juices. Special credit to Dominic who shared his birthday cake with us :-)

Review 24：Extremely welcoming and clean hotel with a very enterprising English chef who created some lovely half board meals. All members of staff were charming and friendly.
Review 25：The hotel is on a hill and the path up was icy. The path down the side of the hotel is hazzardous. We had to wait 20 minutes to get into the hotel car park because of ski and boot unloading.
