Review 1：Very tired rooms problem with toilet which was fixed but still not good tiny bathroom wifi did not work but we were given use of the office computer for urgent emails

Review 8：very poor location near the station with dog poo on every path. wifi was rubbish we arrived and the hotel was locked up had to wait until 6pm for the owner to appear. We stayed at the comfort in calmar which was so much better for the same price. this was a let down should not be more than 25euros per night. perigrueux as a town was enourmously disapointing.

Review 10：Because of the time of year, there were not many restaurants open within the vicinity; in fact, I had huge difficulty in finding a place to eat so would have welcomed some advice on this.

Review 11：The hotel was easy to find and I was given a friendly welcome. The room was comfortable, clean and warm.

Review 12：Its proximity to Perigueux railway station (just across the street) which made for a perfect overnight stopover before collecting our rental car the next day (we arrived on a Sunday & the Europcar office was closed). The hotel had an elevator, a huge plus. Our room, though small, was clean with updated furnishings and a comfortable bed. I liked the modern (also very clean) large bathroom. Good complimentary Wifi. The two ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and didn't charge us for our morning coffees. They even called several restaurants to check if they were open on a Sunday night. There didn't appear to be any other guests (apparently the hotel is used mainly by SNCF railway staff) so it was very quiet.

Review 13：Bit hard to find so went around the block a few times! but not a problem just our sat nav trying to get us there in a short cut and there were road works nearby.

Review 14：Room - new, clean, comfortable, good wifi. Breakfast lots of choice - paid 9 euros for it each I think. Parking easy on site and from our room could see our car. Easy walk into town centre - around 10-15 mins. English speaking staff.
