Review 1:Great that breakfast was included in the room price. Only a small niggle but would have preferred Heinz ketchup & HP brown sauce as opposed to cheap brand alternatives.

Review 3:We stayed on 10th Jan 2016 for my boyfriends birthday. It was a £95 deal with breakfast included so great value for money.This was a fantastic hotel to stay in. Great reception from the staff and lovely rooms. We had a couples massage and everything about it was perfect.We had drinks in the skyline bar and the service we received was excellent. Nibbles on the table to enjoy with our cocktails. Breakfast was lovely also. You're greeted by friendly staff who show you to your table and bring you drinks and toast. Then you can go and help yourself to the buffet. We will be returning and recommemding to friends.

Review 10:Bed, hygiene, location, room and lack of facilities were all very poor, I requested a room with double bed, bed provided had 2 single mattresses put together which were extremely worn out resulting in a very painful and agonising sleep. Ac system never work, bed sheets were giving off odour and the room was very cramped. Hygiene levels were poor and cleaning on first day was never ever done.

Review 15:Some of the staff at sky bar I felt were very unhelpful. I appreciate it was a busy Saturday night but some of responses I received from the staff was not what I was expecting. I felt my boyfriend and I were being ignored on several occasions. Disappointing and for this reason only I will not be staying at the hotel again.

The staff in the American diner style restaurant were also excellent. When I checked in the man who helped me with my bags to my room was so nice and helpful and created a good first impression.

Review 23:Waiting time for food in the downstairs bar in the afternoon was totally unacceptable. We were a party of 4 who ordered food when the only other people in the bar were 2 guys sat drinking but we still had to wait nearly 40 minutes for our order, my food being only lukewarm when it fianally arrived. In the early evening the Sky Bar was busy and we had to wait more than 20 minutes after ordering our four drinks. I do not blame the 2 ladies who were bringing the drinks from the bar because they did not stop working and were very pleasant. It was obvious that the bar was chronically understaffed and the management must take the full blame for that!!

Review 24:Couldn't get a drink in the Sky bar as short staffed and staff quite snappy with lots of people waiting. I got given the wrong room on arrival although I'd paid a lot more for air side and had to say something as it wasn't mentioned! Tv remote wouldn't work after it already being changed. Annoying things that need working on.

Review 34:The attention to detail for service left a lot to be desired. We waited 30 mins for cocktails in the bar and another 30 mins to receive drinks at our table in the restaurant. The bar was not full and neither was the restaurant. Our dinner guests poured their own champagne! Starters portion size was a little mean. The chamber maid didn't fold our towels, left the hot chocolate sachets in the bathroom and forgot to replenish the tea. We asked room service for fresh milk, 3/4 hour later I called to find out where it was and they had forgotten to bring it up so we waited another 10mins for it to arrive. If you charge 4 star prices better service is expected

Review 35:Breakfast was good, but they need to keep on top refilling plates, milk etc, we had to clear away our own cereal dishes to make room on the table. Only scambled eggs available, as you had to order fried prior, but we were not informed of this.

Review 39:Staff in breakfast are a not very responsive and are slow to clean and set dirty tables , we had to put out dirty cereal bowls on the next table to make room for our breakfast plate As nobody came to clear the dirty plstrd, many dirty tables left for the duration we were having breakfast ? Review 59:The condition of the room itself was a little rough around the edges, there were dirty marks, scrapes and gouges in the walls which I wouldn't really expect from a hotel of this standard and for the cost of a room. We felt the staff at breakfast were not the same standard as other staff at the hotel.

Review 62:If you see any adverse reviews of this Hotel, ignore them. This place isfabulous, and I don't use that word lightly. The whole building isan experience, the staff are exemplary, the breakfast is superb, and thecomfort is complete. I particularly applaud the sound proofing; therewas a wedding during our last visit, and we heard nothing. The WiFi isquick, the streamed tv films are free, the toiletries are exclusive, thepublic areas are immaculate, the staff are caring, the 'themed'bedrooms are tasteful, and the bath/shower room is a delight, withhuge fluffy towels. If this Hotel had a spa, or pool, I would give itten out of ten.

Review 63:I've stayed here many times and I just love the hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. The turn down service has a personal touch. Staff are so helpful and polite.

Review 64:The stay was a suprise for my girlfriend to celebrate here winning a triathlon. The staff wished her a happy birthday and also asked how long we'd been together for our anniversary celebration. We laughed it off but it was a little frustrating.

Review 68:Didn't like having to smoke out the front of the main entrance. There was a terrace at the back facing the air field but unsure why we weren't allowed out there - it appeared to be closed which was a bit of a shame as the weather was so good. Service in the Skybar was fantastic with great drinks - but its difficult to get a seat especially as it seemed to be mainly couples staying and they had no choice but to seat in seated areas that could accommodate 4-6 people. We were lucky to be seated on arrival.

Review 72:Our experiance of our stay at this hotel was amazing, the decor and architecture is beautiful . the staff were really proffessional. we was so privlidged that we were upgraded to a suite and our room overlooked the runway where we watched the private plane land and take off.the room was sumptious, and it was so gorgeous, the bed was amazing too. this was deffiantly one of the best hotels that we stayed in deffiantly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back.

Review 74:Excellent service with very friendly, attentive staff. We just used this to overnight before departing from the airport early in the morning. The quality of the dinner was excellent and there was a good, if not exceptional buffet breakfast.

Review 81:The one thing I found appalling was the bar stopped payment for drinks @ 11pm. I was informed the bar was open till 1am/1:30am but not once was I told any drinks purchased would have to be charged to a my brothers room?! If i had known this the party of guest would have stayed out in Farnham rather then returning to the hotel bar. The last thing I wanted was my brother on his anniversary ending up with a £600 bill charged to his room. We had a large party of 20 or more and frankly i was embarrassed that I had encouraged my friends back to this "high end" hotel to be greeted with abrupt and rude bar staff! What top end hotel stops bar payment @ 11pm on a Saturday night?? Either open the bar or close it? Don't mess about with room charges etc. It would certainly make me think twice about booking again. The hotel is fabulous but I would seriously suggest a re think on your bar policy's and staffing. Major let down.

Review 82:I booked the room for my brother and his wife to celebrate there 10th wedding anniversary. I asked the staff to put a ice bucket and glasses in the room along with a vase for flowers and it was all done. They also allowed me access to decorate the room before hand. Great service. Thank u. Review 131:Was emailed 2 weeks before by the manager to inform me that the Sky Bar would not be available to us. Considering the rooms were booked 2 months plus in advance and non refundable, this was disappointing to hear as we planned on having cocktails before going out to our party. After a few emails back and forth the communication simply stopped. The only offer/suggestion by the manager was to order drinks to our room!!! We were a party of 16 and 16 people in a double room just is not feasible. No compensation was offered or possible alternative and quite honestly put a dampener on our Christmas party evening.
