Review 1：Not great service during the off peak season. Lunch isn't available . We were told that there was no food at all available at lunchtime. Also no shuttle available into St Tropez.

The front desk woman during our checkout was pretty cold and when I told her of a wrong breakfast charge she was a little rude and seemed hesitant, though she took it off. Also, we accidentally booked the room for 3 people I syed of 2 and the price was very different yet we had to fight to get a lower price! They kept telling us jay the price is the same regardless of guests which was a lie and I had to show them on their own website that the price was different. We thought that was a turn off. I mean, we are already paying 1200 per night so really??? For these kinds of rates we really expect top notch service so this was disappointing.
Review 8：Resort is beautiful as it's extremely calming and peaceful. Very relaxing and tranquil property. That was the best part.

The staff were lovely, the counter staff (especially Suzanne) were ever so helpful with restaurant and other bookings. The car shuttle is so convenient and not expensive at Euros10/return trip; Cyril & Jean Fracois -- wonderful! The restaurant was fantastic value at lunch! It is quite expensive but we had a lovely time.

Review 18：They were extremely helpful and the hotel itself beautiful. It would have been fantastic in the summer with the beautiful pool and grounds but that's what you get for traveling in winter. We were traveling with our baby and they were very comforting and the chef even created a dinner for us to have in our room while the baby slept. We were there the first night after reopening and the heat didn't work in our room. They moved us without hesitation and the room was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.
