Review 1：Smell of damp in the bedroom and a gaping hole in the wardrobe wall. No hot water for the two days.

Review 3：Some issues with booking which was stressful! Was called day before wetravelled to say we were being moved to another location, because ofprevious tenant. Did stay in original flat but floors were'sticky' so that it was very noisy moving around.

Review 5：1 day before my stay I got a phone call asking me to pay £500 deposit as they had some issues around xmas time. I was using the room as a base to travel to Finley green and in no way wanted to use the room for what was being suggested. I refused this unreasonable demand. The check out time (10am too early!) was approaching and around 09:30 we hear a banging on the door where a VERY rude women dressed in a tracksuit and a man who looked like he had been out all night were asking to get in to clean the room! Firstly we wasn't ready and secondary who the hell where these people and how do we know they are there to clean the property! We had to basically close the door on them so they sat outside the door talking loudly. We rushed our check out as it was a very uncomfortable situation.

However, after meeting with friendlystaff, I was told on departure to leave the keys and parking permit inthe letter box, which was done exactly as explained at stated in theinstructions booklet. I then later that day receive an email statingthat I had not done so. I contacted the company to question this and toexplain that the Keys and permit were left in the correct letter box, Ileft my contact telephone number with them and was told it would belooked into. I received no response from the company and so I left it atthat, only then to notice they had charged my credit card further withno contact whatsoever! Absolutely disgraceful! Also reading into pastreviews this is not the first time this company has done this under thesame circumstances! Do not use this company!
Review 8：The water wasn't hot even though we put the booster on as detailed in your instruction booklet . This was particularly annoying when 4 people needed showers or baths

Review 13：The apartment was so cold. The hot water went off for a couple of hours. The heating was not working properly. There was a lot of dust. The window did not close so we was cold. There was a bottle lid under the sofa. There was screws on the edge of the window. And there was a wheel in the wardrobe. No tv in the bedrooms considering the price it's not worth it. There was no balcony as they show on the website. It's over priced for what you get. And as you can see by the pictures there's cracks too.

Review 16：Location difficult to find, no clear instructions when booking. Only one key fob provided for the car park and front door, which made accessing apartment difficult if out at different times. Extractor fans did not work in bathrooms and slight mould on tile grout was disappointing considering the cost.

Review 26：There was only one set of keys given for 2 couples. After repeated requests for a second set, Flexi-lets did not respond on this issue. However, there was a second set of keys, as a maintenance man let himself into the apartment unannounced, and with no prior notification from Flexi-lets. Pretty poor security, of which I have raised my concerns by email. Make sure you take any valuables with you. The bed could be bigger, as a double bed in this day & age is too small. A queen sized bed would be better.
Review 27：Convenient to the Camberley town centre, restaurants, and other towns in the area. The apartment lounge area was good for 2 couples, but there were two issues that affected my stay. The car park is secure. The linen & bathroom towels were hotel standard.

Didn't arrive and when I called back after returning to the apartment I was told basically there was no way of getting one until the next day at which point I would have already checked out! TV in bedroom would be nice too No instructions on how to work heating or anything else in the apartment.
Review 31：Great accommodation after spending 3mths in various hotels was lovely to have a lounge and kitchen facilities when travelling every week. Very clean and comfortable. Close to various things for entertainment or eating out.

Review 40：The brochure left in the apartment said it would have been 'extensively cleaned' before our arrival. But there was a kid's hand print on the lounge wall that I easily wiped-off with a wet cloth, you could write your name in the dust on the bedside lamps and there were other odd mucky spots. I was a little disappointed but luckily it didn't spoil an otherwise brilliant stay in the apartment.

Review 46：after arriving the management company rang me and seemed confused as to my length of stay which was actually only for one night. They then proceeded to tell me that one of the showers wasnt working and that a maintenence person would be arriving the next day between 9am-5pm, not exacty what you want to hear considering that i purposely chose the apartment as it had two separate bathrooms. Add to that only enough hot water for one shower on the evening of arrival.......not impressed

Review 52：The main reason we paid double than a hotel room was that the propertywas advertised as having 2 double bedrooms. It didn't, it shouldhave been advertised as 1 double and 2 singles - false and unfairadvertising! Very basic kitchen utensils. I cooked rice but therewasn't even a sieve to drain it! Also very importantly weweren't told that the parking permit needed to be posted through thepost box before leaving the car park. It would be a £20 penalty but youcan't get back in once you've left, luckily I did manage to getback in but it was a pain. Probably a good little money maker!

Review 77：I was called about 12 times in the run up to my stay to be constantly asked about my arrival time. I have never been asked this before by any other hotel and certainly not to this extent. Whilst I welcome this attention to detail I ended up feeling that I was having to arrive to a deadline and that the rep meeting me had some reason to be somewhere else.

Review 83：Service was a nightmare, we got to the hotel about 4ish, giving them notice 30mins before hand of our arrival... It was a hassle to find someone that can show us the appartment, we checked in after 5.30pm. As soon as we settled down I went for a shower, the hot water lasted for 5 minutes, next thing you know the cold water came... Screamed the place down as I had shampoo in my hair... Yes I had a shower in the cold water. Next thing you know being tied after a long flight me and my partner decided to go bed early, we were shocked to see the size of the bed and my god how uncomfortable... We both took turns to take a nap on the sofa... And both still stuffing from back pains still! DVD didn't work... Nor the telly. When ever we called for assistance they would say it's not an emergency. Found mice droppings in the kitchen... N the best of all was that we had no privacy... There was no blinds in the living room so everyone was able to see us! Perfect weekend booked for couple to spend time.... Disgusting!

We only cooked ready meals for four for an overnight stay, but there were only five assorted dinner plates (two of them chipped) and a small mismatched selection of cutlery (e.g. only two full-size forks). Review 91：We decided to hire a car so asked Flexi lets if we could park in the underground car park. We were told that our apartment had an allocated bay and that our key fob would open the garage door. All true but they didn't provide or even mention that a parking permit was also required. When we received a 100 pound fine the staff at Flexi lets couldn't have been more disinterested and said that the fine was our problem. So while the accommodation was okay, I can't recommend staying there because of my experience with Flexi lets staff.
