Review 1：on arrival the first night we ate in the restaurant after we looked through the evening menu and tried to give our order after several attempts to order something ( we were first in) there was one main meal and dessert to be had. It was like a Fawlty Towers sketch.

Review 2：Although we did not speak French and some of the staff had only a little English they were helpful as possible.

Review 3：Location is very convenient for stopovers - right off the main road. It's not within walking distance of the town centre, but is a short drive. Good value to have a family duplex with separate bedrooms.

Review 14：we booked this room weeks ago with 3 rooms left on the site. we were told we had to stay some where else for the night so we had no choice . we will never stay there again and will not use booking.com again.

Review 16：The whole place smelled of smoke. Old tired decor in the rooms. Found ahair under my pillow before we got into bed, so not sure how clean itwas. Depressing and gloomy place overall, in the middle of nowhere.

Review 21：Family rooms have double bed on one floor with integral stairs to the floor above with 3 single beds & seperate toilet - shower. Traditional frence breakfast was excellent.

Review 22：Looking a bit tired since we last stayed there some 12 or so years ago. Rooms were very clean but very small and whilst good for an overnight stay perhaps not so good for a longer term stay.

Review 24：The shower in the lower bathroom would not affix to the wall so I could not use it without sitting in the bath. The same bathroom was dirty: there were little hairs around the basin where the previous male occupant had shaved. I cleaned them away myself. The toilet paper was not replaced. The hygiene standards are a little low, even for a budget hotel.

Review 25：The location is perfect for access to St Malo, Dinard and Dinan. Secure parking is great. Also, our little dogs were made very welcome.

Review 27：Although close to the dual carriageway (n176) which was the mainreason we chose this hotel, it was very quiet in the hotel and ourroom. We were in the annexe building which is closest to the n176 butit was no problem.
