Review 1：Whilst the food buffet was plentiful the quality was average and the ambience in the large dining room was poor - eg piped rock/pop music. The Stube was far more upscale and more pleasant.

Review 18：Parting gift after spending £250 full board a day was a bar of soap! One beef bourguignon meal was tough and inedible, which happens, but even after complaints from several diners, there was no recourse.

Review 19：Lakeside resort, but hotel 300m away from shore. Well run hotel with great pool and spa facilities and generous lunches included. Glass of prosecca on arrival but bathrooms dated and small. Allow dogs in rooms and bar area for lunch.

Review 20：The fact that we were charged for afternoon tea (not the cakes,the tea itself) which is cheap to make. The cakes are more expensive and more workI thought it a bit petty.

Review 22：We were surprised to find a WC when we arrived not in the perfect condition in our room, and a destroyed trash bin in our bathroom, it was a surprise for us to see anything like that in a hotel of this level.

Review 23：Staff was great, except the guy who told us to leave spa-zone immediately after 19.00. The dinners were delicious, and selection of wines was also great. Otherwise SPA-zone was very nice aswell.

Review 24：The list is endless! If you want a truly wonderful relaxing holiday come to the Hotel Rieser. Our room was spacious and comfortable with the added bonus of nice views of the lake. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the hotel - We were made to feel really special. We enjoyed the excellent Wellness/Spa facilities - nice pool with plenty of loungers to relax in, spa treatments and a good gym if you were feeling fit!. The food at the hotel was superb offering a good choice including vegetarian options. It was a super break which passed far too quickly!!!
