Reviews for Premier Inn London Ealing

Review 1:The rooms are a bit old. The carpet isn't comfortable at all. The location is slightly far from central London, although the walk to Ealing Broadway station is not far.

Review 2:The outfront of the hotel is great. The reception is very modern. Room is big with a large bed and large toilet.

Review 3:The room was clean, very quiet, and comfortable. We were only there for one night, but it would have been a nice hotel to stay in for a longer period.

Review 4:I have stayed before and had to pay over £160 for the same room i have previously paid £75 for....this is no way over £150 per room hotel. Especially when other 5*'s are only £160 per night

Review 5:Location to my office and local shops and eateries

Review 6:can hear traffic noise loud sirens occasionally from main road. (they do point this out on their website.) room temperature very warm at night. air con unit didn't seem to do much but to be fair wasn't sure how to work it. booking.com system allocates you a family room and you can't alter it on their site.(even though you enter 2 adults o children) so this meant room made up with bed settee open made as beds so we had no room one side of bed. however this was soon fixed by premier inn staff.. reception staff came up and changed it immediately after we rang down.(first said we would have to wait for housekeeping staffas shift change about to happen but when we said we wanted to go out the supervisor herself came and did it ++plus points for customer service . our divan mattress firm comfortable but seemed very high /tall from floor not good if you are short.

Review 7:location handy for us as visiting family locally. comfortable beds. good shower. very clean. staff pleasant. Reception staff very helpful re problem with room layout.(nor their fault) . hotel felt secure (key card entry to lift lobby).

Review 8:I have no complaints everything was great

Review 9:My husband father and son stayed here for two nights they were over from Ireland to watch a match on the Saturday. They really enjoyed there stay staff were very friendly room was lovely and breakfast was yummy. My son was particularly delighted with the free wifi and the Ben & Jerrys ice cream machine.

Review 10:the bar. while the staff were very good, they really lacked experience. I would suggest a bar manager at all your hotels. this would make a huge difference.

Review 11:the staff were brilliant, friendly, and very helpful. the location was good for the transport links. and overall a reasonable place to be. the food was excellent,

Review 12:The cost was more than we initially were looking at spending but for what we got, I'm not mad at all.

Review 13:Everything. The location, it's ten minutes or less away from the tube/train station, there is a mall also ten minutes away with all the great stores, like H&M, Primark, Clarks. On the hotel itself, the room was big, the bed was the best EVER!, the bathroom was huge as well. The room was very clean, the staff was very nice. The hotel's restaurant was great too, we had breakfast and dinner there and the staff was so nice. When I go back to London, I'm definitely staying there again.

Review 14:Hotel very convenient. Close to Ealing Broadway Station. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. High recommend this hotel if you are sight seeing London and just want a base.

Review 15:no toilet brush, had paid for car parking for 2 days on arrival and was promised that my space would be reserved even if I went out, but when I returned there was no avaiable parking space and I had to make do with parking on the exit access.

Review 16:reasonablle service, good choice for breakfast, can't comment on evening meal as I did not have any, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with ample clean towels,

Review 17:Went to reception to ask for a bed to have new linen. Got a lecture from the staff about having a 16 year old in the family room with us - our child protection policy states we MUST have 2 of us in the room to stop any allegations as there are always two of us with a minor- i could understand if we were a loud hen party- we weren't. Upon our return the bed had infact been removed.

Review 18:Clean, tidy , helpful staff in the bar.

Review 19:we booked a double and two family rooms. My daughter had a family room, staying with her two young daughters. the eldest slept on the sofa bed provided, but half way through the night changed to sleep in the double with the other two, as the sofa bed was far too uncomfortable, hard springs made it difficult for her to sleep.

Review 20:Friendly staff, good food.

Review 21:The location was a primary choice. Afterwards it became like our 2nd home.Staff well trained and do friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay.

Review 22:May be they can consider serving different breakfast on different days to offer variety to those staying for more than one/ two days

Review 23:A good option to stay outside Central London Area

Review 24:I was disappointed with the service at the bar. It seemed like anyone who was available from reception would jump in and serve when needed. So we ended up waiting for a while

Review 25:Great location for what we needed Staff were very friendly Rooms were lovely and clean

Review 26:The wi-fi was open not secured.

Review 27:The bed was really comfy and the room was a good size. We ate in the restaurant one night with my mother who was in a wheelchair and the staff went out of their way to meet her needs. All the staff were very friendly and this hotel is an excellent place to stay in a nice part of London. The location was central to Wembley, transport to Euston and the M1 and gated car parking was only £6 per day. We would definitely stay again.

Review 28:Super location in Ealing, 5 mins walk from the Broadway tube station. Staff very friendly and efficient. Good meal deal, 2 course steak dinner with a pint of beer for 14 quid, Tops!

Review 29:breakfast bit cremated as under strong heaters but otherwise good. ther was a bit of shouting in night out in corridor and ther was blood on the walls and near the lift in the morning!! so would b concerned about safety in the hotel as the reception wasnt aware of anything till we told her in morning.

Review 30:the room was clean and comfortable staff wer pleasant and helpful

Review 31:Reception staff were talking to Housekeeper while I was standing waiting to be seen, not only did she make we wait, but she had a full blown conversation about guests and it wasn't pleasant. Staff should be in a back office doing this, if it's necessary, but the layout of reception means the office is on the opposite side of the reception. Also, the reception is left unattended for long periods. Nobody knows how to work the glass cleaning machine in the bar, every time we drank in there the glasses were filthy and it wasn't just water marks. The barmaid was picking them out of the basket assuming they had been washed and then went to dry them with a napkin taken from the pile on the bar. I had to stop her

Review 32:Beds are really comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Tube within walking distance so easy to get into the centre of London

Review 33:WiFi was a bit slow

Review 34:The location - 10 mn walk from Ealing Broadway tube station Amenities - good sized room & bathroom, cleanliness, comfy bed Helpful and friendly staff

Review 35:N/A

Review 36:We had a very wonderful stay at Premier Inn on Bank Holiday weekend. The staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating and went to every length possible to ensure comfort for I and my guests. The rooms were clean and all staff were very welcoming and friendly which made our experience absolutely pleasurable. We hope to return in the future.

Review 37:Noicey guests above every night woke my 8 year old daughter up on several occasions. We did ring and complain to reception on the last night and got one night refunded.

Review 38:Price and location

Review 39:Booked a family room (718) with 2 older children (13 yrs old), we had no room to manouver between beds, had to climb in from the bottom, not a family room, more of a double room with 2single beds squeezed in tightly.

Review 40:Staff were lovely

Review 41:The bed creaked a lot

Review 42:The hotel was value for money; for London. Plenty of places to go for dinner or drinks in Ealing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms spotless and coffee and tea provided.

Review 43:Cleanliness of room 710 upon arrival was very poor. Bathroom walls dirty with things stuck to the wall and in need of a good paint. Carpet to the left side of the bed was full of debris and poorly hoovered. Very dusty throughout the room, in particular the shelves below the TV.

Review 44:Staff were very attentive and friendly. Even a simple greeting down the corridor makes a good impression and isn't hard to do :) great work

Review 45:(1) When my husband requested on 27th August 2015, to stay late till 2p.m. in the room as his flight was at 6p.m. on the same day, the lady receptionist who was on duty on the morning shift agreed him to stay until 2p.m. And requested subject to a donation to their Charity around 3 to 5 pounds. However, this arrangement has not been informed to the House-keeping Dept. Around 12.30p.m. the House keeping officer has asked my husband to check out at that time itself. Then he had to explain his arrangement to the House-Keeping Officer and he has stated that this was not informed to him. Hence, I believe that there are no proper co-ordination between Deprts. in this Hotel. However, this was sorted with the House Keeping and he was permitted to stay till 2p.m. However, this created an unnecessary issue at the last minute. (2) Same lady front officer was asked to reserve a vehicle to get my husband dropped at the airport, My husband reminded her twice to organise the vehicle to get himself dropped by 5p.m. However, the taxi was not booked. When the vehicle didn't arrive my husband went to the front office and the male officer who was on duty at that time got a vehicle down immediately. But this caused an 1/2 an hour delay to reach the airport. Other than these two issues all other facilities were satisfactorily provided.

Review 46:Comfortable bed and all other facilities other than wifi. The WIFI connection kept on dropping time to time.

Review 47:The extra bed that we had for our daughter was terrible as you could feel all the wires from the matress.

Review 48:Clean hotel at afordable price well communicated with city centre.

Review 49:Staff very attentive, answered all our questions immediatley fabulous customer service. The hotel was immaculate through out, location excellent. We have stayed twice before and will always book again in the future. Would recommend this hotel.

Review 50:Restaurant one night went for a meal took over an hour to be served staff were a bit disorganised

Review 51:Staff were very helpful. Area was perfect near to tube for easy access to city. Very nice room. Breakfast superb.

Review 52:Fab location, easy commute to centre of London and Ealing Broadway is a lovely area with plenty of shops and restuarants. Great value breakfast as kids eat free.

Review 53:Sofa bed very uncomfortable for an adult. Premier Inns need to have a real single bed in some of their rooms or provide Twin rooms with two real beds - there must be many adult friends travelling together who are not a couple or do not wish to share a bed! The bed in the triple or quad rooms they describe as a single bed is not a real bed - it is either a sofa-bed or a trundler bed from under the double - ok for a kid, not an adult paying full rate!

Review 54:Convenient location - easy to get to Heathrow by tube or train and also good to explore London. Ealing good location with shops and restaurants. Good value by London standards.

Review 55:Only one concern. The children’s beds were almost level with the window and tight up against it. There was a window restrictor but it looked worn and being on the 7th floor didn’t put much trust in it. We asked for the window to be locked but there was no key available.

Review 56:Location and price were most important to us on this trip.

Review 57:The restaurant was not very clean. the cutlery was not very clean and floors were not vacuumed and cleaned from the night before. And the soap was not replenished every day. The breakfast did not include any cheese and fruits were not fresh. Overall the quality of food can be improved.

Review 58:Overall good value for money and good standard

Review 59:I booked two rooms for my family. I booked the rooms on booking.com and the price given is including a meal everyday. I had also confirmed with the reception staff and he said there is one meal per room. However, when my family went down to the restaurant, the staff told them that there is no meal included in my booking. My mum explained to the staff that what the reception staff told her the day when they checked in. The restaurant staff is then talk to my parents with an improper mannar, telling them they either pay in the reception or in the restaurant.

Review 60:Good location close to the hospital, where I was working (a half hour walk down one straight road or a five minute bus journey). Also excellently placed for all the local bars, shops and restaurants and a short walk from Ealing Broadway station.

Review 61:there was one female manager that treated her staff terrible infront of customers he was only new and learning and she had no patience in teaching him instead shouting at him constantly infront of customers which must have made him feel embarrassed and it made us feel quiet uncomfortable! Everybody has to learn and start somewhere!

Review 62:The breakfast was great, the majority of the staff were really helpful and provided helpful information and the rooms were clean

Review 63:Bad experience in restaurant when order mistaken. Instead of apologising staff member rude. Eventually well dealt with by duty manager, but more staff training needed to deal with mistakes. Hotel was very warm, poorly ventilated.

Review 64:Breakfasts excellent, hot, well presented, good value. Evening meal limited but good value. Rooms, corridors and restaurant very clean, well maintained.

Review 65:Free Wi-Fi is great. However, you are forced to pay (a lot) if you want a premium service. The standard free one is likely throttled back with the sole intention to get more money out of guests. I opted to keep it free which is adequate for normal browsing and connection back to the office. Doesn't time out though which is great (unlike the "other" hotel down the road called something Lodge!)

Review 66:Very friendly staff Great food Fantastic filling breakfast Clean Car parking

Review 67:Confusion over the parking situation. On arrival the sign said full. I was advised to park up round the corner at the pay and display. So I trudged back from there in the rain, in an unfamiliar area, with a heavy overnight bag. I was then checked into my room as it was now ready, told I could park in there after all, went back again in the rain, then drove the car into an almost empty car park! Annoying!

Review 68:Excellent staff. Donna Marie and Sarina were absolute stars. The staff on reception were helpful and friendly.

Review 69:The repetaed breakfast every single day with limited options There is no safe inside the room to keep the passports and other valuables. There is no fridge There is no lockers for clothes

Review 70:The price is very good Staff are generally helpful Free wifi and good breakfast

Review 71:Room is very small and compact. there is no fridge in room.

Review 72:Excellent breakfast, very new hotel clean room. walking distance to a shopping mall and tub station, very convenient location.

Review 73:The whole experience was memorable for all the right reasons. We came to London to see a concert and was very pleased with the standard of the Premier Inn including the facilities and most of all the staff.

Review 74:Our room had a faulty light shade which made a very loud banging noise when the guests on the floor above walked around. Woke us up very early each morning.

Review 75:Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 76:The postcode on booking.com does not bring customers to premier Inn but some residential area! This needs addressing!

Review 77:Very clean and comfortable, good breakfast hot and regularly topped up.

Review 78:We booked this hotel as a night away as we went to watch Ed Sheeran at Wembley. As we are hard working people and knew we ddidn't have to check out until 12 we was looking forward to a nice lie in, but it wasn't even 8:30 when there were cleaners banging on our door, which completely disturbed me & took ages to fall back to sleep. At 10am they were again banging on our door

Review 79:The only problem was parking. There was little parking and it was slightly chaotic checking in at 12 and trying to get a parking space. Prepare for the possibility that you will have to park elsewhere and walk to hotel.

Review 80:Very clean, staff were very pleasent and room was comfortable!

Review 81:A little bit far for Wembley as taxes were pricy. £30 one way!

Review 82:The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Bar area comfy and relaxing. Felt homely. A great base for us. Rooms were just what we needed. Clean. Nice shower. Roomy. Catered well for children. Quiet not rowdy.Good size rooms.

Review 83:No parking on our arrival Room wasn't clean on our first night Was woken up 8am by cleaner on the second morning!

Review 84:Clean on arrival Central location

Review 85:Spacious room and really quiet area allocated at 7th floor where good sleep is guaranteed. Near the Ealing Broadway mall which is very convenient. A lot of eateries around this area. 10 mins walk to underground station.

Review 86:Aircon/ventilation was not working in the room at all and we couldn't change rooms as the hotel was full. But to hotel credit they refunded this night stay as per hotel policy of "good night sleep guarantee".

Review 87:Good location, convenient parking, great breakfast.

Review 88:Don't think the air conditioning was working

Review 89:Location was perfect not far from Wembley stadium. Staff we're friendly and helpful and room was clean and tidy

Review 90:Having to pay £6 to park the car overnight.

Review 91:Good value for money. Excellent staff in all parts of the hotel. Very comfortable and clean room. Quality of the breakfast is as good as any other hotel I have stayed in and at a reasonable price.

Review 92:It is not that it is wrong but we just do not like this kind of mattresses. It was too high spring mattress and when my partner moved it shook me every time... :-( Not very comfortable sleep.

Review 93:Although we were staying on the 7th floor, which now seem to me as a "family floor", the walls were quite soundproof. We did not here other kids screaming and hopefully none had heard ours :-)

Review 94:Good place .

Review 95:Staff is very friendly & makes extra effort to make you comfortable. Location is close to Ealing tube station. Super markets & Malls are in proximity.

Review 96:It would be nicer if the hotel can provide safe box in the room.

Review 97:our room was hot in the first night of staying, and we were informed that the air conditioner of our room was malfunction when we checked with the staff of hotel on 2nd day. They offered to change the room for us. The staff from front desk to cleaner are nice, polite and helpful. The left luggage service of the hotel is handy for travellers.

Review 98:I was misinformed about payment twice and am annoyed particularly since I contacted the hotel days before I arrived and was very inconvenienced.

Review 99:The restaurant staff were excellent (although the breakfast staff were excellent and friendly they cleared the breakfast tables very quickly sometimes but I guess thats due to high turnover)

Review 100:Nothing to do with the hotel, the price we had to pay was higher to my confirmation with booking.com.The hotel tried to call them to resolve but couldn't get a reply. We just had to pay the extra but couldn't understand why it was a higher amount.

Review 101:Great location, secure, affordable parking and helpful staff. Only 10 mins walk from tube station to visit all the sites. Would definitely stay here again.

Review 102:Can't really say anything was at fault, but when I return in October I trust the room booked will have either 2 single beds or a bed settee as its what I require.

Review 103:Location, food, helpfulness of everyone.

Review 104:Wifi keeps disconnected for a upgrade which cost and they should provide seating space in the designated smoking area. I saw guest sitting on the floor and smoking

Review 105:Everything was OK but the need to provide a mini fridge in the room.

Review 106:The cleaning lady came in at 9 o'clock without knocking to ask us what time we were leaving! Really didn't like that!

Review 107:Good room.very clean.comfy beds and soft bedding and towels. Beautiful breakfast.good location and cheap parking £6 per day. Very close to underground station and a shopping mall.

Review 108:No bad experiences, nevertheless 2 or 3 more additional square meters in the quadruple room would have been perfect.

Review 109:Location is 10 minutes walk from tube station, near supermarkets and shopping centre. Clean room, toilet and friendly staff.

Review 110:receptionist ,i asked for a direction she couldnt give me a clear information at the end i got lost.

Review 111:i like everything especially my children always like to go the purple hotel that the name they given the hotel

Review 112:nothing

Review 113:everything parking no problem breakfast service with a big smile and warm welcome all staff very happy to be of service couldn't ask for more

Review 114:Air con not working. Every time I told a member of staff, they just said they would look into it. Once I was told it was sorted, but it wasn't. The window was closed and the air con set to 19 (lowest) but was too hot and stuffy. Myself, the wife and kids couldn't sleep and couldn't wait to get out the room!

Review 115:Everything else was ok

Review 116:Car parking isn't really a fair scheme as we were staying three nights and they gave car park spaces to people who weren't able to check in until after lunch. Our room had a tiny window ! Restaurant both evening and breakfast couldn't cope.

Review 117:Staff were mostly very helpful and friendly. Good location with an easy walk to tube.

Review 118:No complaints. Would be nice if it cost less but I appreciate that London prices are high.

Review 119:The hotel was ideally situated for where we needed to be. It was spotlessly clean - I could see no signs that anyone had ever used the room before. Secure parking was a huge benefit. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 120:Free wifi is very weak at 7th floor

Review 121:breakfast, modern shower, air condition, design of the hotel, center of Ealing, very close to market and shopping center

Review 122:I was overcharge ..I was charged for extra breakfasts even tho was included in my price given by booking. Com . Booked quad room but only had triple bed

Review 123:Lovely clean comfy and helpful staff when needed ... Close to everything you nay need value for money

Review 124:There was no problems

Review 125:Beautiful hotel had no problems at all, the staff were fantastic and friendly, the room was clean and spacious and the hotel looked great from the outside and the location is fantastic will definalty recommend this hotel

Review 126:Hotel staff were excellent, the hotel was well maintained, clean, had a good restaurant, secure on site car parking and in a good location with Ealing Broadway train station only a 5 minute walk away

Review 127:Overall it was good although we were on the top floor and the noise of the roof units made a droning noise all night which wasn't best.

Review 128:Good food, good staff good location

Review 129:We are registered Disabled and I hate showers that are pinned to the ceiling and will not come off the wall - as they soak my very long and thick hair and you cannot hose parts of you down properly. I think this type should be banned!! So I had to have a bath instead. I also didn't like the long walk to the car park - the first night, we slipped in the back door and it was easier but the second time we tried a foreign member of staff told us we could not use those doors, we must walk all the way round. Very inconsiderate when one is registered Disabled. I also did not like automatic (tube type) check in - it would not have found us a room near a lift being Disabled - but the young man who came and did it for us was excellent.

Review 130:We liked the location and beds were fairly comfy and heating good to organize. Whereas I have never been able to use Premier Inn before as my company expects Wifi and won't pay extra - now we can use Premier Inns as Wifi is free.

Review 131:Bad issues related to the lift(s). Only one of the two lifts was working and there was no lift access to the fifth floor for some technical reason. However, we also had problems accessing the third floor during our two night stay - sometimes it stopped there without the doors opening and then the next time it was OK. This is not good if you are at all wary of getting trapped in a lift!!

Review 132:This hotel gave the usual level of facilities and comfort that you would expect from a Premier Inn. I guess its secret plus is also its downside. You wake up and you could be anywhere!

Review 133:The bed consisted I two singles pushed together which would have been fine if they weren't sunken in and the worst beds I've slept on - my partner's back problems were worsened by this. House keeping came early on out fort morning there and said they would come back later as we were still on bed - however, they did not. When we got back late that night, we had to call the Reception for clean towels. The last straw was the heavy thuds and walking that we could hear in bed (late hour) and again in the morning - it was annoying and I could not go back to sleep as the room vibrated from the noise - no idea what was going on up there! Very disappointing as we often stay at hotels every 2-3 months.

Review 134:The guy at the front desk was pleasant enough and check-in was smooth and quick. We were able to get empty glasses and cutlery when needed to eat food in our room.

Review 135:Bed was sadly not comfortable, couldn't see that it had the usual mattress topper. I mentioned it to the checkout staff when leaving who didn't seem particularly interested.

Review 136:Waiting staff were excellent.

Review 137:As a smoker I felt the smoking area would benefit with seating be it a bench or some table and chairs. There were quite a few smokers who we were talking too and they had the same thoughts as we did, I have arthritis and just to be able to sit down rather than stand would of been great comfort.

Review 138:The Premier Inn in Ealing was very central, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel, ideal for traveling through Ealing. Ealing Broadway Tube station is not far on foot to take you into central London or to Westfield Shopping Centre. Putting the traveling aside and concentrating on the hotel, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel and most importantly the bedrooms are spotlessly clean. I have stayed here before and look forward too staying again soon.
