Review 1：The place itself is nice and all of the little things I would give up if the staff was nice and cool, but that was not the case. Staff was very unpleasant to deal with, unwilling to help, not flexible.
Review 2：More of a hotel for contractors than for tourists or business stays. Single room is on the ground floor next to hotel entrance so noisy and window faces carpark so can't open curtains. Very basic bed linen, thin duvet cover and only provided with one small towel. Room wasn't unsanitary, but it certainly wasn't clean - the walls in the small shower cubicle were slimy and there was extensive damp in a corner of the bathroom ceiling.

Review 5：I thought the staff were really friendly, clearly trying their best to make improvements to the hotel over time. Helpful little signs in the rooms to assist customer experience etc. I think the reviews are a bit harsh, maybe people have expected modern hotel with all mod cons. It's a comfortable budget hotel probably not refurbished since the 80's. My room (top floor) was much better than I had expected from the reviews and photos.
Review 6：Given 2 doubles, when had booked 4 singles-took far too long to work it out. No WiFi - staff basically shrugged about it. Family room with single beds stunk of smoke.

Review 9：My bed was very uncomfortable as it is a cheap bed and cheap mattress,there was dampness in the toilet/bathroom. The room was not thatvery well presented, all rooms corridors require a complete refurb anddecorated. Windows have not been cleaned for months, the fixtures In theroom had missing drawer handles or would be broken.

To me the owners want to take your money butare not interested in what they are providing to you. I did change roomsbut I did not wish to stay there I wanted to leave but was advised Icould not have a refund, which is totally wrong. Booking . Com need tovisit this hotel and unannounced.
Review 11：It was really dirty, and there was a tube of grout in the sink for some reason. Also it was really cold, although fan heaters were provided.

The television did not work 3 remote controls were given to try none worked, yet again staff unresponsive to our needs. Shower room dirty. Stains on bed covers. Review 14：They do not accept european credit cards. This should have been mentioned on they website so we could have prepared the money. They should renovate the bathroom, it really needs a refresh. You can feel the cold wing coming in from the window and you can't really regulate the hot/cold water. Either you burn or you freeze. Breakfast is quite expensive. They should mention that is is not a continental breakfast. When in UK we expected to have bacon & eggs.

If I had arrived earlier in the day I would not have acepted the room and in the morning there was no offer of a partial refund, etc, when I brought the problems to the attention of the staff. Instead they get this review. Do not stay here with your family.

Review 24：The premises is in dis-repair! The entrance had a strong musty smell! The room was filthy! The en-suite had dirty carpet on floor! The staff were unhelpful, arrogant,with no intention of being in any way helpful! We had to pay £5-00 per person for breakfast which consisted of a boiled egg, you could make toast & coffee if you made it yourself! I would suggest you remove this premises from your listings! I strongly advise everyone to avoid this premises with a bargepole! Never ever have I stayed in such a disgusting place! They insisted of cash only for payment! I booked for 2 nights stay! We checked out after the first night!

Review 26：Rooms are not cleaned for days unless you complain. They argue with customers Prepare to take your own towels and quilt. Very dirty hotel does not deserve to be in Windsor. They urge you to cancel your bookings with Booking. Com and get £25 discount and l said NO. Very Shameful hotel. Booking. Com should also take responsibility. Not just collecting money and sending customers to hotels that are dangerous to health. I will try another booking agency next time.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disgusting & when we complained about it the response from reception was "what do you want me to do about it" there was make up on the pillow cases & towels, there were hairs in the bed, we lay towels on the floor of the room as we did not want to touch the floor, the bath was dirty, the bathroom floor was coming up, there was no toilet paper, a dead bug was in the door frame & when I pulled the bedside cupboard out to use the plug there was chips down the back of it! I would never stay here again it was disgusting!

Review 38：the room was dirty! there was furry mould in the corner, the wall was damp and crumbly, the bed had been laid on, one of the quilts was stained! the toilet had been used and not flushed, the water was dark brown, the bin had sticky fluff on it, the shower had mould in it, radiator was rusty, the kettle wasn't clean, no staff around, loads of people arguing outside our room, so glad we didn't have breakfast!! It wouldn't take much to clean it up!
Review 39：Hotel is poorly maintained and cleaned, no double glazing, on the Heathrow flight path so noise from planes is bad as well as local traffic. Can hear anything going on in corridoors. Heating did not work and it seems that they seem keen to spend money on huge telly's rather than cleaning rooms of "thin" duvets, with paint stains on them.....overall, would never go there again

Review 41：A bit run down and standard of cleanliness was poor, had to clean with wetwipes and ask for a stained mattress to be moved from the corridor, cleaner seemed harassed. No hairdryers in rooms, hard beds, showers were cramped and tiles were in need of a good scrub with bleach. Breakfast was very basic, overall we think it was an overpriced B&B.

Room 3 had 1 single bed! So back to reception where the young lad made a number of whispered calls the eventually gave me a key for room 8. Double bed and single, oh my god double bed had a £30 mattress on that had totally worn! Terrible beds, clean linen, had to back into toilet as no room to turn! Terrible!

Review 67：The place is run down, front entry closed off because of being broken, many things need maintanence. Felt like a couple guys thought they could make money running a guest house, bought an old place and put little money as possible into fixing or maintaining it. Mold in showers. Stove next to washing machine. Continental breakfast not really worth extra fee.

Review 133：1. Breakfast is served in the room with the open door to to next room where staff of the hotel is sleeping . This picture of used bed and the spellings are not good for the appetit.2.
