Review 2：The location and the friendly people! They really welcome you like family and you feel at home right away. The food is good and you can ask really anything.

Review 8：We were disappointed when we asked for a transfer in the morning to the airport for which thr manager charged us £15. We had paid the same proce by taxi to go across the island, and the hotel was only a 5 min car ride to the airport. It was a 7 oclock so not excessively early, and other hotels around offered this service for free. It felt like we were taken advantage of which wasnt nice at all.

Review 9：The hotel was very nice, our room was very clean and had a great beach view. A nice balcony with a lounge chair was very nice as well. the restaurant on the bottom floor was nice, and live traditional greek music was played most of the evening.

Review 11：This small stylish hotel is well positioned on the beach of Kamari. It is family run by two brothers who are so friendly and helpful. They also provide a good standard of food for breakfast, lunch and evening meal also providing free beach sun beds and beach service.

Review 12：Just back from a six night stay at Sea Side Beach. I booked this hotel based on their great ratings and I agree great ratings are deserved. My room was very nice and faced the beach. The room had a beautiful and sunny balcony.Breakfast was great and I had three dinners at the Reasturant and thought the food was outstanding. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and hard working. I had a great stay and plan to go back next year.

Review 14：Everything! This family owned business made our vacation experience in Santorini, Greece that much more memorable. It's on the beach, with an exquisite restaurant and reasonably priced. - Was very close: shops, markets,buses into town, etc. - was very convenient for us. The room was perfect for me & my husband. It was very clean & comfortable with a kitchenette complete with all the necessities. Their breakfasts were absolutely delicious . We were welcomed and treated like family by Manos, his brother Nikos & parents. We intend to return to this hotel this time with our children for our next family vacation and would highly recommend same to anyone vacationing in Santorini.

Review 18：Bed mattress far too hard giving a restless sleep. TV reception very poor (essential if weather is bad). Bathroom toiletries too basic, hand wash soap only.

Review 19：Rooms are clean and well decorated in a modern Greek style. Breakfasts are basic but well prepared. Staff made sure food was replenished as and when needed. The adjoining restaurant served very good food, portion sizes to make your eyes water!

Our daughter had her 6th birthday there and Nikos served a lovely cake for her. The restaurant served greek and traditional delicious dishes . The Sea side hotel was an excellent choise .

Review 64：Just left this great hotel today after spending 7 nights in room 28.From the moment we arranged for Manos to collect us from the port, wewere treated very well. Manos and his family look after everyone andgreet all on every interaction. The room we stayed in was near the pooland included a mezzanine bedroom. Watch your head if you are 6" ormore in height on the mezzanine. The rooms are very comfortable with thewindows opening in 2 different directions to all full breeze and sun orjust the breeze. The room was at the rear of the property and nice andquiet. The black pebble beach is right opposite. We swam in the seadaily. The pebbles and the lava flow rock under the water takes somegetting used to. Hot in the heat of the day and uncomfortable under footif you don't wear foot ware. Not sure if it was due to the shoulderseason, but the beach lounges and umbrella were free for the week werethere. I am sure in peak season the charge of 6€ will apply. But youneed the lounge and umbrella to be comfortable on the beach. Therestaurant has great food. My favourite being the lamb shank meat cookedin its own juices inside a baking bag. Beautiful. We also had drinks atthe bar on most afternoons. The wait staff were all very helpful andvery nice. Looking over the entire operation seems to be old man George.He knows who are his guests and greets them daily. In fact all the staffsay hello. I highly recommend this hotel.

Review 66：It is actually right on the beach, and the room was clean. And honestly, my favorite part about this place is that they let us out of our reservation early with no hassle (we decided to leave early because the room/hotel was not as advertised).

Review 67：I stayed in room 26, a little apartment with a sleeping loft. The room had no windows, and consequently, no ventilation. It was like a cave! Cold, dark and clammy. The little bed downstairs was so hard, I may as well have slept on the floor. We had dinner in the restaurant the first night. The service was so poor (the staff seemed to be deliberately ignoring us. We sat there got over two hours, had to ask for every course, and then our check) while other diners seated and ordered after us, came and left while we continued to wait. Also not able to charge meals to the room was inconvenient.

Review 73：To get to this hotel by public bus, drop off at the 2nd bus stop in Kamari beach (last bus stop for Fira-Kamari). From there is a 5-10 mins walk. This place is a family run business and the people are so friendly. We can enjoy the sunrise in comfort from our balcony facing the sea! Our room seems to have been revamped recently as the furnishings are new. Their restaurant in front serves pretty good food too.

We had booked the room from the next day, but they already had a room ready for the very early check-in. We had initially booked rooms only for two days, but ended up staying for the entire duration of our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, so much that we referred to the hotel as "our home". For the last couple of days, we got a room right next to the swimming pool, which was awesome. Amazing place and very nice people, best place to stay in Santorini by the beach.

Review 76：The breakfast was the exact same everyday (for 5 days)! Canned peaches(yuk) and the same bread and cake everyday. This would be the reason that I would not return to the hotel. Also, the sheets and pillows were of poor quality.
