Review 1：The female driver was very unfriendly and didn't help me lording or unlording the heavy luggage. When we dined at the restaurant, the knives and glasses weren't clean. I asked the room to be faced to the swimming pool, but I could see the little part of it. Very disappointing

Review 3：Airport shuttle badly managed, driver with an attitude, reception sent every body to "wait" outside for shuttle to arrive 15 min late, while sitting area was empty just inside and reception folk idle could have courteously advise upon arrival of the shuttle!

Review 5：Super convenient to the airport. Hotel shuttle for a 5:30 am check in was no problem. Staff was polite and spoke good English. The late night lady was extra helpful with advice about going downtown for an evening.

What really surprised us was how good the hotel restaurant was. As we were "stuck" there waiting for flight next morning, that was a special treat - to not have to suffer a bad meal on our last night in France.

Review 9：AC was not working , it appeared the building had already been turned to heat. So our room was too hot and we had to open the window to get it a little cooler (which made it a little noisy) - everything else was great though. The room was well appointed, comfy, and clean. the bathroom was very nice as well.

Review 10：The close location of this hotel to the main airport terminal with plenty of free parking makes it very easy to check-in and drop off your baggage. After that you fill up the gas tank at the nearby airport gas station and then turn in the car to the rental company. We then walked across the road to the terminal and checked in, got our boarding passes and were all set to go the next morning. It was no more than an easy 10-minute walk back to the hotel. The hotel provides a reliable shuttle bus service to the terminal beginning at 5 AM. The hotel restaurant is also excellent.

Review 11：The quality of the restaurant meal was unacceptable - the prwans smelling of fish- never a good sign- and the steak had too much fat- agreed by the head of the restaurant and 10% of the dish refunded. The pedestrian path from the hotel to the airport is not marked in either direction but going from the hotel to the airport one can guess the way- going from the airport to the hotel is a total maze- crossing the carparks is not an option This may be while the works are in progress but the signs say this goes through to 2017!!

Review 14：We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport. It turned out to be a great chioce. The rooms were a little small as was the bed (double) which is not unexpected in Europe. The bathroom was large and modern Breakfast was excellent. The shuttle to the airport was pretty much on demand which was convenient.

Review 23：Arriving late due to delayed Air France flight we couldn't find the hotel entry. Turns out it was a nondescript blank right foot tall metal gate. No signage, no lights nothing to help. After driving around, going the wrong way only to return to this same gate we found a small inconspicuous push button that turned on a light and opened the gate. So frustrating and so easy to fix. Really dumb!

Review 26：Liked the location at the airport. I walked from the rental car drop tothe hotel in five minutes. Liked the shuttle service to the terminal,needed if your have bags. Good people at the front desk and in the barand dinning room. Good food in the dinning room. Good value. Got thereearly about 10 am but let us go to our room.

Review 29：I needed a couple of days rest before moving on and this hotel was perfect for my needs. Straight off the plane - into a readily available courtesy car - do not try walking. Friendly staff, clean room with a very comfortable bed. Nice pool - quiet terrace - and the food in the restaurant was better than I expected. I would happily repeat the experience and probably will.

Review 30：We expected less quality inasmuch as the hotel was near the airport, but to our surprise this Best Western was as good as any that we have ever stayed at in other locations. We highly recommend it, particularly, if you need some rest before you have to get to the airport quickly the next morning.

We had food in the restaurant which was good the only problem it is not open until 7.30 which is late for kids if you have any. Review 46：I hate Airport Hotels. Most are zoos and are run down. This is the exception. It has a great shuttle service. Super staff. New clean rooms. WiFi and all the other stuff you want. Dinner in their restaurant was very good.

Review 115：The hotel is close to the terminal and the rental car pickup/return. You can walk or the hotel has a free shuttle. It is not very obvious how to get in because the hotel has an electronic gate, however it is signposted and you can enter by pushing the button. There is a restaurant in the hotel that is quite acceptable.

Review 116：Last time when checking in the hotel reserved a sum of money from my bank account and then discharged the same amount when checking out. This reserved sum is not available for some weeks. It is not what you expect as a regular client. Doors in the bathroom and outer one to be repaired.
