Review 1：End of season shut down, food choice same each day and luke warm. Staff apart from reception were not as friendly as other Greek islands.

Review 3：The service was above and beyond. The staff was very pleasant, accomodating and caring. The location was also good, with convenient beach access, including wifi. Very clean. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone. You will not be dissappointed.

Review 8：Wifi didn't work in the room Found the staff to be rude My friend had 5 suitcases and he was put on the second floor and had to carry his luggage all by himself as the person at the front desk said there was no one to help when requested. There was no lift. Staff, especially the tall slim girl at the front desk argued that wifi works even though both me and my wife's phones had no signal. It only worked in the communal areas which wasn't told to us. We ordered drinks by the pool which was messed up. When asked why, the girl who brought them gave us disgusted look although it was her fault that she didn't bring the right drinks to us. Overall was put off by the staff to be honest.

Review 20：The bartender was terrible and was grumpy always. Kept forgetting about drinks we had to keep ordering just to get them. Wifi hardly worked too and there was a colony of ants apparently living in our bed so that was pretty gross. Very expensive stay for what you receive.

Review 22：Thomas at the reception and all members of the staff (hotel,restaurant and beach boys) are so kind and professional. the room was very clean and with a sea view. Elia restaurant is perfect to taste tradition and haute cuisine!!! the beach is a 2 minute walk just in front of the hotel, and if you prefere you have a beautiful swimmng pool where drinking every kind of cocktail.

Review 24：We only spent 5 days here as were island hopping however out of the 3 hotels we stayed in this was by far our favourite. The hotel is in a perfect location for the beaches and it was easy and incredibly cheap to get the bus to the towns in the evenings. The hotel staff were impressive the minute we stepped inside and helped us with recommending restaurants and things to do, each restaurant we went to we were booked an amazing view table and also took a day boat trip with a new company they recommended which was also a great day out. The pool was clean and very modern and so the food was also great. We also accidently left a wallet in the safe and we were contacted immediately to arrange postage. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome, we will definitely be recommending and back next year!

She anticipated our needs, went out of her way and delivered the highest standard of customer service all with a smile. As a Flight Attendant, I've stayed at many hotels and this is without doubt in my top 3. Everything about the hotel and staff is stylish. The room was spacious and so convenient having a kitchenette to cook in, although we ate pretty much breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel as it was so good and the setting and ambience so inviting. I would stay at this hotel again in a flash. It really was exceptional.

Review 31：Go to and from the hotel with luggage too tired they have no Trulli or no help to transfer. Wi-Fi is very slow and very bad and automatically disconnects

Review 33：The second bedroom was actually the lounge room/entrance and had no privacy. The air con unit and the TV were in the main bedroom. If we return to Santorini, we would stay in Kamari and definitely at Bellonias Villas.

Review 34：The position of the complex was ideal, the bar and pool was great. The Piña Colada for 7 Euro was the best I have ever had. The staff became trusted friends always at hand with tips. At night the promenade in front of the hotel was bustling with shops and restaurants.

Review 35：Everything, I went with my son's fiance, they are getting married in Santorini next year, it was the perfect place to be to travel to the locations she needed to see, I really couldn't think of anything negative to say.

Review 41：The room had an overpowering smell of damp and mold -- this must be a persistent problem because all of the windows were open when we checked in, suggesting that they were trying to deal with the smell. Also, the hotel did not provide bottled water -- would expect the hotel to make bottles of water available in the room, even if they planned to charge for them. I thought Kamari Beach was rather awful -- miles of ugly umbrellas and deck chairs and overweight tourists jammed in too small swimsuits.

Review 42：The location on Kamari beach is very good -- its closer to the end of the beach so not surrounded by the tacky restaurants and shops. Also, you can enjoy the view of the beach and the mountains from the pool deck as well as the restaurant. The food at the restaurant (we had dinner as well as breakfast) was excellent and we are foodies from San Francisco. The pool was very nice as well.

The food at the hotel, we had breakfasts and dinners included : Exquisite, flavor, presentation, you can choose to eat at tables in front of the sea....A wonderful experience. Pastries, the best: Don't you miss the pasta fillo cannoli filled with mascarpone cheese and a rose syrope + rose petals. I reccomend it to everybody.

Review 45：The only thing that we weren't crazy about was the actual area of Kamari. It is mostly just a long strip of restaurants and hotels on the beach.

Review 46：From start to finish, Bellonias Villas was amazing. All of the staff were beyond lovely, so friendly and accommodating. We had just gotten engaged and this was the perfect place to celebrate. Our upgraded room was gorgeous, clean and spacious. The maintenance staff really really do an incredible job throughout the entire property. The pool was great and relaxing. We had dinner at there as well one night and it was the best calamari we've had. The entrees was good, a little overpriced for the portion. The lounge chairs on the beach and service there was also really nice.

Review 62：The hotel is in a great area, called Kamari. Area is right on the beach, with many restaurants, shops, cafe, etc along the strip. Other great visiting areas are a short cab ride away (~15-20 EUR each way). The hotel staff is amazing and very helpful. The hotel has tables and beach chairs on the beach itself and serves meals/drinks on the beach. For the price, it's an unbeatable value for money.

Review 68：Bellonias Villas is an immaculately designed refuge from the Spring Break atmosphere of Kamari Beach. The rooms are lovely and peaceful and the pool area is so gorgeous passerby regularly stop to take pictures of it. Service from the concierge, bartenders and everyone else is great.

Review 69：Nothing as such. Only problem faced was WiFi was not working inside the room. We had to come out of the room to get connected. This may not be considered as any negative point as it allowed me to come out of the room and sit in the small sitting area available outside the room.

Review 70：No words to explain Bellonias Villas. Very good location, right opp to black sand beach. We could stroll on the path way with lots of shops and eating places. The entire staff is very helpful and always on their toes to help you. Kamari is well connected to rest of Santorini island. Frequent public bus service connecting to Fira (center of the town), which in turn connects Oia and other parts.

Review 71：Our room was located above the kitchen and the clattering and banging went on from around 9.30pm til midnight, this is not a problem if you are night owls. Nice balcony let down by lack of reclining seats or cushions on seats. Lovely pool with very nice sunbed arrangements, great shame that the practice of reserving beds with towels is allowed to go on. During our week stay there were two families who reserved the majority if the loungers in the sunniest spots every day. Considering that all holidaymakers pay fair money to access facilities, it shouldn't be allowed for people to "bag" the best beds at 8am and then return 2 hours later. We went to breakfast one morning at 8am and noticed that one particular woman had yet again been down and reserved her bed, by 11.45 am when she had failed to turn up we removed her towels and used the beds; when she eventually turned up she was most indignant and actually told us that she had reserved the bed. When we suggested that there was no provision for reserving sunbeds she proceeded to say "but I have done it every day", to which we kindly replied "yes, we've noticed!" I felt there is a lack of space around the table where breakfast is laid out and people are on top of each other. The hotel doesn't have any communal lounge areas, so on a rainy day (which we did have) you need to take shelter in your room (which we did). Overall we felt Bellonias Villas was very nice, but not a 4star hotel, 3 star maybe. we had spent the previous week in a 2 star establishment in Firestofani and paid just a quarter of what we paid with similar facilities minus the breakfast.

Review 72：Excellent location, nice large room with balcony and side sea view, very comfortable mattress on bed. Very clean, staff extremely helpful, nice. Bathroom shower facility was very nice with complimentary toiletries , water was always nice and hot and the shower had good water pressure and housekeeping always left us clean towels. Aggy, was on front of house duty every morning and is a real asset to the establishment. She is so happy, helpful and eager to please, she had such an infectious laugh; you really couldn't fail to be happy with her around. her attitude /demeanour was also very good at deflecting any possible complaints. to be fair, I would say that we had a couple of "moans" rather than complaints.

Review 73：A lot of people some days. You must remember to book on the ground floors if you have a baby as the stroller up and down the stairs is hard.

From the time of booking they were more than happy to answer my queries and offer suggestions. The atmosphere was very relaxing. You do not need to leave the hotel. Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. You could spend the whole day at the pool bar area, with the beach right in front of you. The food at the restaurant was the best we tried. Not your usual yiros and calamari which you get tired of when you spend so much time in Greece. Very professional all round. Run by really nice people.
