Review 1：Weak cleanliness, extremely old and poor furniture, ~30 years old fridge in the room (not a joke!), blood on the mattress, in the room smells as in old people's house. Poor breakfast/lunch/dinner, only cheap things served.

Review 3：On the other hand the room wasn't as described on Booking.com. The sea view was covered with the trees and the room had an old 14" TV and not a flat screen as described. There were no WiFi in the rooms and the most important for us were the large holes in the garden (we had an accident and ruined our holidays). As for the location was just good. If someone needed a pharmacy or something medical should drive about 8Km (to Ierapetra) to find some. Also, there is no ATM in Koutsounari, so should drive to Ierapetra to find one.
Review 4：The room was very clean and the clean-ladies did their job excellent. The girsl in the hotel's store was really polite and did their job as well. The lady in the reception was really kind.
Review 5：The lack of wifi - or better said the extremely poor working wifi- is a big minus. Also, the room we had was not a 4 star room.
Review 6：The garden, the pool, the beach, the meals are excellent. The scenery is pretty nice and the facilities of the hotel are excellent.
Review 7：Wifi very intermittent and crucial for teenagers. Not enough staff on bar in evening big queue for drinks, no evening entertainment , food a bit biased to other Europeans such as Russian .

Review 11：It was our first vacation with our newborn baby. The hotel and the room were baby-friendly. The service was excellent and the food was great with big variety. Everything was very clean and the staff very helpful. We are very pleased because the pool was fantastic. I will recommend it to all my friends who visit Crete and will be back next year!
