Review 1：The place was a little new and quiet and lacked 'soul'.

Review 2：The size and comfort of the rooms was excellent, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was well above average.

Review 3：Superb looking shower but it flooded the bathroom each time. The staff, although friendly and helpful where they could be, most of them were clearly inexperienced.

Review 11：The room is very clean and beautifully designed. I love the little touches like the beautiful turquoise vase on the window sill. The bathroom is very clean which is important and it had a luxury shower, which was amazing with 4 nozzles.

Review 15：The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. I had to leave early on the second day of my stay and reception called me and offered me a bacon sandwich 'to go' for my breakfast, this without even me asking!

Review 16：Having travelled in challenging weather we were delighted with the friendly staff in both the reception and dining. The room was comfortable allow us a good nights undisturbed sleep. At breakfast we were again met by friendly staff and served promptly with well prepared food. The whole place was immaculate and nice view out of the window.

Review 17：Perfect location just about 1 mile from M65, but within the countryside and enjoying wide open views. Could not fault the cleanliness. Went out for a few hours during the evening to find on our return that the room had been 'refreshed' i.e. bins emptied, restocked the tea/coffee, blind pulled down etc. Never had this anywhere previously. Service was excellent. Décor was unbelievable.

Review 49：Everything was fine when we arrived on the afternoon of 25th September,however on the morning of the 26th things were not so rosy. We awoke tofind that there was no hot water in our bathroom. We tried to phonereception 3 times, but there was no answer so in the end my husband hadto go downstairs to speak to the receptionist. The reception only hadone member of staff who was attempting to check out guests with a phoneringing constantly in the background and no-one to help her. We thengave up on the idea of having a shower and went for breakfast, which wasa pretty disorganised affair, somewhat akin to Faulty Towers. Luckily myhusband, myself and our four friends who were staying in the hotel allhad a sense of humour. This was necessary as two people waited for overan hour for their breakfast, despite 3 reminders, the tea was cold andthe poor male waiter looked to be on the verge of a nervous breakdown.There didn't seem to be any organisation to the breakfast service,it would appear that some management is definitely needed. The hot waterissue was resolved when we returned to our rooms but then re-occurred,fortunately we'd showered by then.

Review 50：The hotel has only been open for 1 month and it looks very nice. Therooms are immaculately clean and the beds are comfortable. Food atbreakfast was nice even if the order did take a long time to arrive. Thestaff were very friendly.

Review 59：Well what can I say only wonderful Me and my wife booked a overnight stay The rooms were gorgeous...in fact it was the same all through the hotel breakfast was fantastic the staff make sure you stay is the best and nothing too much trouble my only regret is that we did'nt eat in the restaurant on the saturday night will be returning again sooner than later set in lovely grounds the views are stunning

Review 61：A lovely hotel with beautiful views. The staff were attentive and brilliant with the children. The breakfast was amazing and I really wish we had stayed another night. Its a new hotel so they are obviously eager to impress which they did.
