Review 1：Difficult to locate entrance to carpark, given incorrect wi-fi password over the phone initially, one of the elements on the stove didn't work and none of the lamps in the apartment worked

Review 3：Location not great as bracknell is quiet, but on a positive, opposite the BP/M&S so anything urgent available.

Review 4：Lovely flat well decorated, comfortable, peaceful, clean, all necessities available Slightly expensive as I would expect a serviced flat to be slightly lower than a hotel and serviced weekly, at £118 per night. should be daily Did not meet staff on this occasion but I know them well as also customer via my company name and are very friendly people.

Review 5：Shower power could have been much improved. Bathroom and kitchen floor could have been much cleaner. Not every item on the inventory was present at start, two lights bulbs had gone. Was not possible to connect to wifi - no support over weekend, apt no. did not appear on screen when asked to connect. No remote for bedroom TV

Review 9：We spent 1.5 hours looking for the apartment because the map is not accurate. Even the locals did not know where it was (exactly beside the BP station). A number of light bulbs were not working. The shower did not drain properly. In the morning the fridge/freezer had defrosted unto the floor. We also thought that £9 for a night's parking was excessive given that the garage had no security and that there was plenty of parking in the area.

Review 10：The apartment was clean and spacious. The groceries that were left were extremely welcome. Overall we really liked the apartment. We have no comment to make about the staff since we did not see anyone.

Review 12：A beautiful apartment that provided everything we could need. This was a delight following weeks of trekking and staying in basic accommodation Close to Avis depot, railway and supermarket next door.

Review 21：The things that brought our experience down was the area there's not a lot to do with the kids so you really have to search. Their were spider webs in the bathroom. The corridors need to be re painted. The shower was not too great because it kept turning to hot and cold A bit overpriced but do not let this stop you booking it!

Review 46：the apartments are perfectly located between Reading and Windsor and are beautifully furnished and so clear. They even leave the heating on in this cold weather which makes it lovely to go back to after work
