Review 1：Good value, clean, friendly staff, good space, microwave oven, fridge, some nice qiet rooms away from the street. (Have stayed there several times and will come back.
Review 2：It was too noisy, poep lie going up and down, car alarms going off equals no sleep. Also could defo be cleaner, bathroom needs bleach.

Review 25：The room was well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle ect so I didn't need to spend lots of money on food. I enjoyed an easy walk into the centre of High Wycombe. The staff were patient, when I had a panicked about payment. They also showed interest in my feedback after my stay.

Review 39：I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room for the price I paid. I have stayed at this hotel before and was happy before. The standard of the rooms, bathroom and facilities have improved even further. The room was quiet, comfortable and well maintained.

Review 43：Had early start next morning so didn't book breakfast. Was upgraded to self catering apartment for no extra cost. Brilliant, could do own breakfast before we left.
Review 44：Pile of beer bottles and cigarette ends by the entrance door. Door handles were "sticky". Place had a stale smell about it. Car park at the back was somewhere you wouldn't want to leave your car overnight.

Review 67：hmm where do i start! the stuff at the hotel dont wear uniform so it is very hard to tell who works there and who are the guests. me and my wife found the bed very uncomfortable on the first day, then found the sheets were never changed! and the pillows were so hard it was like sleeping on a huge bolder, we asked for two towels because there was two of us and we never got them and they would fold a the old used towel up and put it back to be used again. also we found that a few of our items had been moved about to the point that a 10 pound note was removed from the room 5 minutes after we left to go over to the petrol station across the road, they said that they would ask the housekeeping staff about it and they taken our mobile number and they said they would get back to us however we have yet to hear from them also we had major issues with the neighbour as we found he/she was constantly banging and crashing about at the late hours/early hours of the morning! finally while the wifi was free the tv was small and channel rather lacking of anything other the droll that is freeview! we also kept bumping into each other because the room was way to small for it to be a double bed as the bed itself was a fire hazard being next to the radiator and sometimes we would walk into the furniture there was only about 1 foot between the cubbord and the bed. And to reliterate we are still waiting to hear from them about our missing 10 pounds which i dont think we will ever get back.

Review 71：I was put in the 'Annexe' believing it to be adjacent main hotel but it was 50 houses down the road, ok if the weather is ok and you are able to walk with your bags. They have a few houses on this road some have better rooms than others.

Next to kitchen and sitting area which is not used because it acts as store for empty wardrobes. Residents stand outside smoking and shouting at each other at night.

Review 77：Need to focus and invest on fundamental things like pleasant accommodation and definitely not heating with autotimer turns off at 8pm to save money on December night -2 ! Refurbishment is essential and can't get away because you've bought 32" slim TV. As a professional in this industry I know very well what people want.

Review 79：I didn't like the fact that you are looking for the door nber for the annexe, you knock next door, book on get keys then have to drive half aile down the road to your accommodation. Although the ceiling fell through with a water leak from upstairs, they did change my room and tried to help. No refund offered though.

Review 81：A few minor things...The annex is quite a bit further down the road from the hotel, and parking is round the back of another house so quite a walk with heavy bags. the room was clean apart from some half eaten chocolate in a wardrobe, and the plates had grubby finger prints on them. It was a triple room but only had 1 mug 1 small cup 1 t-spoon, 2 grubby plates and 2 knives so we had to take turns having a cup of tea. Some washing up liquid would have been useful.

Radiator in the room didn't work. Woke up freezing as cleaners came to the building and opened up all the doors (about 2 deg C outside).

Review 91：Building noise!!! Got woken up two mornings from 8am to builders right outside my window! Was so loud and impossible to get back to sleep and knocking on the door early to ask if we wanted room service, would just walk in room whilst asleep until they was told they wasnt needed. Bit annoying, was only one towel in the room too when booked for two people but maid gave us one once we asked.
Review 92：The room was standard but decent. Clean bathroom, tv, microwave, tea/facilities, parking and close to town. Would book again providing there was no building work at that time.

If the cumbersome chair is removed and replaced with a smaller one there would be a bit more space in the room.

Bathroom lights coming on and off when you are in there or not. There was no heating in the place. The bin was very filfthy and smelt badly. Staff didn't inform us about anything about the hotel. Stained dirty towels were left outside the dooron the second day. It's a horrible place with noise levels like a construction site and smells light a sewage full of dirt. The toilet nearly over flows when it's flushed. The place was very dirty especially the bathroom. When other guests used the bathroom, the plumbing noises their bathroom wakes you up. The television is placed in a position which cannt be moved or adjusted and so makes viewing difficult.

Review 107：Had to walk to get to the hotelrooms ( differ area np tho ) but no map and poor directions had been given and we had to walk back in the darn rain which sucked. nno lightbulbs had to walk to reception twice because they gave the wrong ones. Shower water was not hot but not cold either so it didnt felt like hell nor friggin alaska. Outside door was open and not locked, which we found out ourselves and then we closed it and barricaded it with chairs at night to be sure no one would come in at night and kill us in our sleep. Further the room was poorly cleaned and we saw a giant hairy tarantula which we tried to kill but he fled coz of our poor attempt. We thought he might come back with friends and take revenge at us.. As of this we slept even worse out of fear of retribution. Just wasnt worth the money. We got a saying in Dutch. Cheap stuff is expensive stuff. Worst overnight ever!

Review 122：Excellent helpful staff on arrival offered us as a group of three the opportunity to view a small apartment rather than two twins in annexe...the annexe rooms were a little small and lacking in natural light but the apartment was brilliant value. Clean comfortable and with a pleasant aspect the flatlet made our stay much more enjoyable as we could happily stay in or go out.Parking was available too.
