Review 1：Noisy from a function.... Was the same last time I stayed & thought it was a one off??!

Review 8：The hotel is so family friendly - I loved the extra touches, such as bath robes for the kids to use and treats in the minibar - also cookies and milk at bedtime, such a nice surprise!! The pool is amazingly warm, just perfect for small kids. A wonderful stay, can't wait to go back.

Review 9：The hotel is not very suitable for wheelchair users. The facilities are on a variety of levels and some areas have only stepped access.

Review 10：The staff were excellent and the pool was sublime. The water was 31C and beautifully clean. The warmth of the water is particularly good for anyone recovering from an injury. The children had the time of their lives.

Review 11：The shower in room 331 was inadequate. Too low on the wall to stand under,thermostat intermittent,obviously quite old and not clean around the shower valve. Needs replacing urgently !!!!

Review 13：The lady on the pool reception desk was not very friendly or helpful (this was the only member of staff who wasn't) she was miserable and didn't offer us advise; considering this was our very first visit to the hotel it was as if she expected us to know rules and routines of the leisure facilities.

Review 14：The pool and leisure facilities were fab! The room we were given overlooking the little pond was beautiful and we loved the duck food and tea lights...lovely touch! Staff on reception desk were lovely! Staff seen on corridors were all helpful and friendly and went out of their way to smile and make us feel welcome.

Review 17：Being very picky, my robe had a big hole in and the pillows kept falling down a gap at the top of the bed. Also every time I go the breakfast is always a little manic which doesn't fit well with the relaxation of the rest of the experience. BUT wont stop me going back!

Very friendly & helpful staff at breakfast, lots of choice and the kitchen made me an excellent vegan breakfast. The We sat on the terrace on our 2nd morning and loved the little garden and fish pond. Would stay again!

Review 22：The pool in the morning was taken over by pensioners who seemed to think they owned the pool area. One old lady ordered us to stay on the left side of the pool and then reported us for being in the jacuzzi with our 5 year old daughter. We then left the pool area and unfortunately probably won't be back at your hotel even though every thing else was great.

Review 32：The car park charges are advertised at £30 per night, which put me off and I spent the next 30 minutes looking for an alternative. Believe me, there isn't any alternative. Resigned to the fact I would have to pay £30, I was relived to find guests are only charged £3. ! I Wish that was displayed, :(

Review 34：Wanted to treat my partner for some treatment. But while in the ladies restroom a member of the spa team came in used the loo then failed to wash her hands. So my partner decided not to have any treatment. Which was the whole idea of our trip.

Review 37：I really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi experience. It was quite intimate despite being shared and the hotel was gorgeous! The room was very well and the bath was lovely and relaxing. All in all a great stay.

Review 53：Booked family room for two adults and two children but hotel only had two adults booked. We did have a family room but only towels, tea, etc for two! Very slow service in the restaurant in the morning for breakfast. Had to ask three times for tea and toast!!!!

Review 55：The restaurant closed too early meaning I could not use the gym not he night I arrived. The menu is limited but this is consistent with many other hotels. Most importantly check your bill upon check out my room rate was almost £30 per night higher on my bill than on booking and parking was automatically charged even though I did not have a car!
