Review 1：One of the hotel guides was a bit annoying and pushy. Not the most sophisticated guide!

Review 2：Wonderful staff, magnificent food, clean house! WORTH EVERY CENT. We felt welcomed, pampered, enjoyed every bit of their friendliness and hospitality. The nature surrounding the house is magnificent and the hotel is in the nicest location! Ask for a room with an open view!

Review 5：The service during the dinner was fast but not accurate. The waiters didn't paid specific attention to the guests' needs. The pillows (one medium and one small) were not good because too thin.

Review 6：Very good four stars hotel in an open position at the end of the village. Rooms new and confortable. I suggest the Junior Suite, a very lovely and spacius room with a superb bathroom and a terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains and valley.

Review 7：Girl at reception didn't know about activities or hikes in the area. Head waiter pushed drinks at dinner. Cleaning lady used the only elevator from the lobby during breakfast.

Review 9：I would suggest a more healhy options for dinner. There is a quite nice salad buffet but options in a la carte menu contain lots of bacon, sasauges ect. For those not eating such food hard to find something light (even fish wrapped in bacon :)

Review 11：Being told 30 minutes before the end of breakfast that there is "no time" to refill the bacon on the buffet is not acceptable for a hotel in this price range. In several instances, the menu selections at dinner were unimpressive and then menu cards did a poor job of describing each dish. We would consider staying here again only if ordering a la carte was an option for dinner. Parking seemed to be limited, but that may have been because of the snow.

Review 12：The facilities here were very convenient and comfortable. The room was a nice size and also clean and comfortable. The staff was always welcoming and were extremely helpful in booking our skiing lessons and lift passes. The hotel is conveniently located within 1-2 minutes walking of the Elfer lift and shops and restaurants can be reached in about 7-10 minutes by foot. Wifi was nice but the signal wasn't great in our room.

Review 13：I travelled with a family: 3 adults and 2 kids. We had just 3 days ski holidays. We stayed in a suite, which is almost separate two-floors house, modern, spacious and comfortable: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, even sauna, room to dry up your ski cloth, fireplace, etc. Could be very good for 2-3 families if you have holidays with friends. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you. Kids playground and cinema are very good. Food is fantastic. Free shuttle to glacier, just note that you need abt 20 min to reach station and than another 20 min by lift to ski school, but there is an another ski area with a lift just 100 m from hotel. What else? Indoor pool, relax area, everything is a new, modern, well designed. We enjoyed. Even renting separate villas or 5 star hotels in France and Switzerland ski resorts, I consider this hotel is at a very very good level to provide you with a comfort holidays.

Review 14：We selected this hotel because it was pet friendly. Unfortunately we discovered that pets are not allowed in the restaurant. Therefore we had to have breakfast and dinner at the bar. Beauticians in the beauty center might be better, if compared to the prices of the spa.

Review 68：The hotel is situated in a charming and peaceful village Neustift overlooking a majestic view of the Stubaian alps. The room was very stylish with magnificent view and the furnished patio overlooking valley and the mountains. I have never had such huge bathrooms yet, I liked most its rain shower and heated floors. I would say hotel comfort has a 5 star level. Staff is very helpful and friendly, we had a feeling we know them for ages! Restaurant has private and cosy atmosphere, food is deicious and healthy, and you know what? They have their own conditer who cooks fantastic sweets! I loved its spa with huge pool, breathtaking views from its numerous big windows. We spent much time talking with my friends in hot jakuzzi outside, it was unforgettable time. I wish I come back very soon to Alpeiner!

Our room was large, lovely, and luxurious ina non-fussy kind of way, and the pool/spa/gym area gave ussomething to look forward to each night after a long day on the slopes.We also liked that the hotel was close enough to town to walk eachnight. Review 76：Sometimes there was a crowd next to fresh juices machine, I would recommend hotel to change it for a bigger one. I would also prefer to have fresh vegetable juices for breakfast.

Review 77：Luxury hotel with fantastic SPA area with hot jakuzzi, great pool (perfect for people like me who love swimming for long distances) and many modern saunas. After nice dinner I enjoyed time swimming untill midnight. I liked the style of the hotel - modern still with a Tyrolean feel, great panoramic views throughout the hotel. Larissa at reception was very kind and in general the staff did everything they could to make me happy. I had a gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Great location almost in the centre of Neustift, one step to the ski lift Elfer, free hotel shattle to Glacier lifts. Few minutes walking there is a nice sport shop with ski-rental. There was everything is needed for perfect vacations.

Review 82：The breakfast buffet is superb.The room 212 is spacious and has a big balcony. You get a nice locker for your skiing equipement. Inside the locker there is a heating for your skiing boots. A shuttle bus brings you directly from the Hotel to the Stubaital skiing area.

Review 83：Hotel is very new and needs few more tune ups, but that will all come with the time. I have nothing to complain about, it is a very decent place to stay and I would recommend it to my friends if you want to spend some quality time.

Review 84：Newly constructed with great personnel, incredible spa and swimming pool area which makes you wanna return from your day of skiing and head directly to the sauna area to relax and recharge you batteries for a next day. Jacuzzi, numerous saunas and 15m pool makes you feel great after days of skiing in a approximately 15km away located skiing resort of Stubai Glaceir. Numerous restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Paragliding school is also located nearby, with no previous experience required. Approximately EUR 75,- is being charged for 20 minutes flight, weather dependent.
