Review 1:One of the best hotels I've stayed at with everything you could want if you want privacy, and visiting the amazing gorges. We found it quite quickly after seeking instructions from host. Room was very clean, outdoor space was ample for parking etc and the best thing was our host he was amazing, nothing was any trouble. He organised an ice bucket and champagne glasses as requested and when we went out to eat, we had accidentally lost our key as I had put it in my camera case. We called the host when we got back and he came to open the door for us and it was quite late too. Otherwise we would have had to sleep in our car. I would definitely come back and stay here again as we didn't have long enough.
Review 2:Was bitten by ants several times while reading on the terrace outside our room,ouch! So had to go inside. Next morning a swarm or ants, hundreds on the wall near and in my suitcase....showed the owner the ants and told her we would not stay our second night. The hotel refused to credit me for the second night. Would never go back.
Review 3:Was located on the side of the road which didn't trouble me as it was far enough back to not be a problem and it was quiet late at night. I certainly wouldn't let it stop me staying there again.
Review 4:Massive bed, very clean and large private balcony with our own sun loungers, sofa and seats and table and chairs. Plenty of space inside the suite with sofa, table and chairs. Dutch owner v friendly and spoke fluent English. Continental breakfast yummy. The lovely Town of villecroze within easy walking distance with fantastic restaurants.

Review 16:Booked at very short notice (9pm on the night we stayed)! Manager / owners met us at 11 pm to let us in. They had been waiting up to an hour for us as the drive took us longer than expected. Then breakfast was provided for us also at very short notice!! We originally asked for a later breakfast but in the morning realised we needed to leave early to make an appointment. We sent a text message requesting breakfast early and they replied immediately and obliged! We are extremely grateful for their superb service, especially considering we kept them up late.
Review 17:There is no aircon but only a fan, which makes the room very hot insummer, also with the carpet on the floor. The service at this place isabsolutely terrible. They call themselves a hotel, but in fact it is 3apartments where you can get breakfast. Only during breakfast there ispersonnel at the hotel, during checkin or at any other time there is noone there. When our towels were not replaced during cleaning there wasno one to ask for new ones. After we left we received a very unfriendlyemail stating we had taken the towels from the room and they had blockedour credit card for 30 euros which they would collect if we would notbring the towels back. We tried to contact the owners in various ways,at the hotel, by telephone (including the cell phone of the owner whodid not call us back after explicit request by us) and by email. Onlythe next day did we receive a very short and unfriendly email that hewould deblock the 30 euros, no apologies made, nothing! If you do notlike service and want to be treated badly, please stay at this terribleplace! By the way, the towels were very hard, so no one would want totake them any way...
Review 18:Rooms are nice, each with their own terrace. Beneath the apartments is arestaurant, which does not belong to the hotel, but which serves verygood food.
Review 19:staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable , clean and bright. Bathroom was very clean and shower powerful.
