Review 1：We had an early flight so got to leave our luggage in the allocated area without a problem! Our check in time was 3pm but didn't mind as we had an event to attend anyway. When we returned later that evening we surprisingly were upgraded to a suite on the top floor which may I say was out of this world.

Review 2：Nothing, because it is so new there is nothing that could be made better.

Review 4：If you stay for the NEC this is the place to stay overnight. Easy to reach from the airport. The Sky Bar on top of the building is a fancy place for a drink with excellent food.

Review 5：Everything from checking in which was very quick, to the room itself, the prosecco was a lovely touch and we even got slippers and a dressing gown, it all got our stay off to an even better start, even had a welcome message on the tv.,little touches like these make all the difference, the breakfast was out of this world, we were highly impressed, cannot fault the hotel one bit

Review 6：The thermostat in our room didnt work, reported the issue, which they sent someone to fix it whilst we were out, but it still didnt work. The room was nice, but as it was a superior room we didnt expect two beds stuck together. Got told by reception that breakfast was served until 11am, however it stops at 10am. Having paid extra to have it included, we were not happy. They refunded the one bottle of cider on the room charges to compensate.

Review 7：The rooms were very nice and spacious, made use of the medispa which was great as it was very quiet and open until 8pm on a sunday night, Hot tub on the balcony at the spa was amazing. We recommend cocktails at the Tapas bar!

Review 10：Friendly attentive staff, proximity to Genting Arena as we were going to a concert. Variety of bars and restaurants plus the casino which we enjoyed as we had never been in one before. Room was extremely comfortable including huge comfy bed and big soft bath towels, and a good choice for breakfast.

Review 24：We went for new years although we checked in just after 9pm and could not access all the services. However, the services we received were of a high standard and amazing. I would definitely return and I would recommend this hotel.

Review 25：After calling the hotel 3 days before our stay I was given the false information that the facilities we're open as normal. Two of the bars we're closed and the spa was closed. This put a downer on the whole stay. Also after booking a double room you could feel that the beds we're just two single beds pushed together. The staff we're very uneducated regarding the hotel and its facilities. The smart TV in the bedroom did not work and the hotel wifi was very bad.

Review 27：Every thing about the hotel was good if not very good The staff very friendly and helpful had a minor issue with the room being a long distance from the lifts which was rectified immediately by the receptionist and we were even given the assistance of the concierge to move Rooms who was a very friendly knowledgable gentleman. Breakfast was excellent. Added bonus was the lake views both from our room and restaurant. Will be staying again.

Review 30：Mostly minor hitches; the room telephone had the lead connected to the wrong socket, so no ringtone was available. Had to go to reception to get someone to come to the room to determine the problem. One or two members of staff were a little switched off. We ordered sandwiches at 18:15 and were told they would be no more than 10 minutes. The sandwiches arrived at 19:00 as we were about to leave for the concert. The hairdryer was hidden in a drawer under the room safe. There was no information folder available.

Review 31：We were attending a concert at the Genting Arena, therefore the location was very good for us. For others, however, it might well be different. We were also given a free upgrade for some reason; therefore value for money was better for what we paid than perhaps for what we might have paid. The breakfast was excellent value for money with a vast range of breakfast items, continually refreshed.

Review 65：Location for the Arena was the reason for choosing - excellent. Shopping Centre outside the door was useful, although we did not have chance to visit it. Bright modern hotel & the Superior room was excellent - worth the extra. Breakfast quality was very good, but some attention to detail & organisation is needed.

Review 66：I had to go to reception twice to try and get a remote control for the TV, which as all the hotel information is on the TV was a little annoying. There were no lights working in the main shower area and when operating the shower this was a bit of a hazard. The maintenance people were in the next day trying to fix the problem.

Review 67：The hotel is five minutes walk from the Genting Arena if your going to a concert its on the door step. The hotel has underground parking which for £15 was quite good. The standard room was spacious and very modern décor and had a coffee machine, large bed, gown etc. The room was quiet and very clean. Staff were very friendly and reception were sympathetic to any questions asked of them.

Review 68：room service, the food was dire !!! it came in a hessian bag with soup in a thin cardboard container so the soup spilt over everything else, wetting everything even the other food. They obviously were not properly staffed or prepared for the amount of people in the hotel , waited 40 minutes for a seat for breakfast and then sat outside by the escalator where it was freezing and just left, no one came to get us coffee ( which you could not get yourself.

We asked for breakfast in our room which was very disappointing, it arrived 20 mins late. We had mini pastries which were not overly fresh, no butter or jam and tea and coffee provided in take away cups with no sugar provided.

Review 87：Our rooms .i booked two superior rooms with ajoining door. I got a superior and standard and the ajoining door not working. This caused a lot of inconvenience as i am a carer. This was a christmas treat for family and someone i care for who as not ever been in a hotel before

Review 116：The Car park was confusing with not enough signs directing us to hotel parking (we parked in main shopping car park and didn't realise there was hotel parking till we left) but I think it's because the hotel is brand new and they seem to still be tweaking a few things.

Review 118：The room was sweltering hot. Air con didn't work properly. Other than that, the room was excellent. Superb facilities, coffee machine, nice toiletries, smart tv. All great. Staff need more training. Not attentive and no one is smiling! A smile costs nothing. Also rang to ask directions for the restaurant and the lady didn't know where it was. But as I said, it's a new hotel so we all have to give the staff time to get used to the place. But please start by smiling!

Review 119：It's a new property so as you can imagine there are teething issues at present however I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is lovely. Location is superb for the NEC. Food was great. Breakfast was beautiful. Dinner in Robata was fab and had lite bite to eat in Highline bar also, superb. Also great selection of other eateries to choose from on site.

Not great for a lone female traveller. My room card failed twice! Couldn't get a shower cap from hotel and there isn't anywhere close by to buy such items.
