Reviews for Les Cristallines
Review 1：No info about wifi until you ask in the reception which is open only in mornings and evenings until you ask yourself. Upon checking you receive a list of around 30 items to check and to sign that everything is in the room. To check it carefully takes half an hour. There were not many options for two night stay (half of the accommodations around already closed for the end of season) - that is why we booked it. Never book it for shorter than 1 week period, otherwise you will spend more time cleaning and putting the thing according requirements of the hotel than having good rest. Rooms and beds are extremely small. Especially 2 bunk beds. I do not imagine 6 adult persons staying there. Connection between floors complicated, need to walk long distances to the lift.

Review 7：We didn't feel that we were informed about some things in the place ie. do your own cleaning, pay for your toilet paper, many of the rooms have no view (we ended up on the lowest floor with a rear apartment). Unfortunately it felt like a dungeon, when it is an amazing view to the mountains. I would say Read the Fine Print!

Please note that guests are required to pay the city tax upon arrival.A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.The security deposit includes EUR 250 for apartment incidentals and EUR 50 for the final cleaning fee. The EUR 300 deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.Please contact the residence in advance if you plan to arrive after 19:00.Reception opening hours:Monday to Friday and on Sunday: 08:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00.Closed on Wednesday.Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Bed linen and towel rental has to be arranged prior to arrival and have to be paid upon arrival.Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. The cleaning fee does not include the kitchen area, which must be left cleaned.Please note that guests can rent a TV, and have access to the sauna at an extra cost and upon request at the reception or prior arrival.Please note that baby cot are available upon request only and at an extra cost.
