Review 1：One particular reception lady.. Too focused on charging the guest for everything rather than focusing on welcoming them. It's a given that you must pay for extras

Review 3：A charming boutique hotel with a fantastic location, right in the city centre with close proximity to Rue d'Antibes for fabulous shopping and all attractions. Great breakfast and staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. We will definitely stay there again.

Review 6：This is not a 4 star hotel. A good 3 star at best. Room was basic with no storage drawers. Bathroom tiny. No outside seating area at all. No Restuarant or bar. Breakfast very poor and expensive at 15 euros for toast and croissants, cheese and ham. Found local restaurants that do breakfast for half this price.

Review 9：Boutique Hotel, excellent location in the heart of downtown Cannes and close to the beaches, no frills, renovated, comfortable, rooms are for sleeping and bathing etc., too tiny if you are planning to spend time in the room, nearly no lobby, small lounge doubles as breakfast room, updated, nice look and functional. Most importantly Danielle and her staff are welcoming, refined and quite helpful. Would go back again.

Review 10：The staff was really not nice u had a long night out drinking with my gf and end up sleeping late and ask for an late chk out and the response was we are fully booked and we need the room but I come to booking and try to book same day AMD they have room available and I only ask for half an hour delay

Review 25：I've been there for 1 night only and the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was also very clean and new. The location is perfect to go to the beach or to go to shopping. There are lots of shops around as well as a Monoprix. The Wifi is perfect. I came in the morning and even if the check in time is 14:00, my room was already ready and available at 11:00.

Review 26：fantastic location, easy walk from the station and a short walk to the water. Very friendly staff and a lovely feel to the hotel. Make sure you try the sushi restaurant opposite the hotel as well, delicious and well priced food.

Review 39：This hotel was less than 100 metres from the main entrance of the Majestic which is where my conference was. In fact the room overlooked the back of the Majestic - So it was perfect for the work times and also great for the off duty hours because i could walk to all the best places to see in Cannes. The airport bus 210 also picks up from across the street (Rue des Serbes)

Breakfast a little expensive, but to get the same pastries, granola, coffee, toast etc you would definitely pay more if you eat out at a nearby cafe.
