Review 1：no internet in rooms at the pool only. place is way out from town so if you don't have a car your screwed. Your have only 4 chairs at the pool, and you have to rent towels for the pool since you are not allowed to you your room towels and you must rent the blue ones.

Review 3：I was a bit doubtful at first because it's not in Ierapetra, but it was actually the best choice we could make. Just 10 minutes away from Ierapetra by car - where hotel rooms are usually cramped - it's a beautiful place which feels like a little village, excellent location to go to the beaches on the east, spacious rooms, parking, swimming pool, very quiet but everything nearby (supermarket, tavernas).

Review 8：The apartment was very specious and clean . We spend 5 nights there with our 2 children and everything was perfect. The view was perfect and the cleaning also. They came every day and made our bed. We will for sure recomend this place.

Review 18：The appartment was really roomy, with aircondition, all stuff needed for the kitchen and was cleaned every day. The pool was really nice and the few was amazing. The balcony was really big and had possibilities to try the cloth and ly in sunbeds.

Review 19：The 'kitchen' was really only a sink and two cupboards. The layout of sink and electric socket meant the electric lead to the hotplate etc ran across the sink!! very dangerous. Not enough cutlery: one knife? no cooking knife or other utensils, and no bottle - opener or can opener: very mean. No cloth to clean up kitchen or table spills - had to use toilet paper!

Review 20：The staff coped with my VERY delayed nighttime arrival very well. The room was kept clean with plenty of linen changes The room was comfortable with plenty of space for clothes etc and a nice balcony over the sea view. Nice efficient big fridge, and it was good to be able to cook a little in my own space.

Review 21：- no washing machine and no dishwasher (as it was in description) - in apartment with two bedrooms only one bathroom - far from the beech - very windy (but it has nothing to do with hotel))))

Review 25：The owner (receptionnist) was far from welcoming and did not make us feel comfortable since the moment we arrived. Everytime we needed information, he never came across helpfull but rather rude as if we were asking too much (apparently a taxi number is too much to ask). A car is A MUST if you staying here as the owner stressed several times. Overall, I would ONLY return there with a car and most importantly if the ownership/management changed.

Review 26：Price was good Long beach right underneath the hill is lovely. Locals (the owner aside) were really helpfull and hospitable. Recommend : Taverna Psaropoula, rent a car Jiannis, supermarket Kalimera Chrissi Island, only if it's not too windy Vai, for the beach and its bananas

Review 27：Flat was dark, no direct sunlight Flats were too close one to the others, no privacy, no proper space to stay outside Kitchen very dirt and the equipment was not sufficient (eg no forks were available) Double bed mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable. Pictures on the site do not reality Although we booked for 3 nights we escaped after 2 and we had to pay the third.

Review 29：The location is problematic. There are strong winds in the area and the lack of insulation in the hotel made our stay extremely unpleasant. The old cheap doors couldn't protect us from the wind. The noise was unbearable and we couldn't open windows or doors from fear of accidents. The owner changes the doors every year because most of them are broken because of the wind. The day we left the hotel some tourists had to move to another room because the door of the room had been broken by the wind. The effect of the winds in our room was that of a small earthquake with a 24 hour duration. On the third day of our stay we left the hotel, exhausted and sleepless, although we had paid a week's accommodation. Of course the owner refused to return even a small amount of money. He suggested that we should wait for the winds to weaken. A rather illogical suggestion. Our experience could only be characterized as a nightmare. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. .. Η περιοχή έχει φοβερό πρόβλημα με τον αέρα.Μιλάμε για αέρηδες δέκα μποφόρ όταν τριγύρω έχει εφτά. Οι πόρτες είναι τελείως ψεύτικες, ξύλινες με χαραμάδες που αφήνουν τον αέρα να περνάει κάνοντας θόρυβο και μετακινώντας αντικείμενα. Νομίζαμε οτι γίνεται σεισμός. Μείναμε δυο μέρες άυπνοι και μετά φύγαμε παρότι είχαμε πληρώσει διαμονή μίας εβδομάδας. Ο ιδιοκτήτης αναγνώρισε το πρόβλημα, μας είπε ότι αλλάζει πόρτες κάθε χρόνο στα δωμάτια γιατί σπάνε λόγω του αέρα, αλλά αρνήθηκε να επιστρέψει κάποιο ποσό. Τη μέρα που φεύγαμε έφτιαχναν την πόρτα σε κάτι τουρίστες γιατί τους την είχε σπάσει ο αέρας. Δεν έχω ξαναζήσει τέτοιο πράγμα στη ζωή μου. Επίσης δεν έχει πατζούρια. Σε ξυπνάει ο ήλιος, αν έχεις κοιμηθεί βέβαια...

Review 30：Not so spacious as written in the description. Pictures do not apply to the actual room. Not so clean. No soundproof at all. I could actually hear noises even from the bathroom of the studio right next to ours.The hotel's garbagge bins was excactly outside our door and was really smelly and many flies all around!

Review 36：The room is spacious, clean and you get new towels and sheets every other day. You also have your bed made every day. Utensils more than enough. Big and beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi. Amazing beach nearby -you need to drive there rather than walk. A quiet place for relaxation.
