Reviews for Premier Inn Bracknell - Twin Bridges
Review 1:Decor in adjoining restaurant was somewhat tired but staff compensated for that.
Review 2:The atmosphere, the warmth of welcome and in particular Natalie, our receptionist who made it extra special. She couldn't have done more for us. In fact she turned the whole weekend into a 5 star experience!
Review 3:The room was quite warm through the night.
Review 4:The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable and the staff were really helpful. We stayed here as we booked to go to Lapland UK which is a ten minute drive from the hotel.
Review 5:Stayed for 2 nights and the Room was extreamly hot but had a standing fan in room which created a little coolness but not a lot, for December it was a little uncomfortable to sleep in so I dread to think what it would be like in the summer. No aircon in room it was no cooler than 24 degrees with windows open and fan on.
Review 6:Absolutely fantastic girls that welcomed us and our children and made us feel right at home, always said hello and interacted with our two boys which made them happy. Food brilliant at joining restaurant and space of rooms unbelievable, would defo reccomend and stay again if they had air con in room.
Review 7:not much choice on menu didn't get ordered food had to wait ages to pay for meal then mistake was made needed supervisor who also took ages to sort problem out
Review 8:near to location of work
Review 9:Staff here are fantastic arranged a champagne breakfast in adjoining downshire arms for a 50th in our group with banners balloons ect thank you Leanne.. they are so friendly and cannot do enough for you ..hotel is spotless and rooms cleaned everyday reception staff lovely too..£11 in taxi to ascot beware they try to charge you £30 to get back overall a fantastic 4 days and will definately be back
Review 10:Nothing bad. Facilities are slightly limited but that's what you pay for.
Review 11:very efficient woman at reception - just the right balance of being friendly without being annoying. It was appreciated.
Review 12:Fantastic friendly staff. Good parking, Everything clean and tidy. Comfy bed for us and single bed for our daughter. Pub next door (also where you have breakfast) did good food and again staff morning and evening were great.
Review 13:Unfortunately there was a burst water main which meant the nearby Downshire was unavailable for food. This meant, after a long journey by train, I had to walk to find somewhere to eat. The area is not geared up for walkers and was quite dangerous as there were no footpaths.
Review 14:Staff were helpful and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Price good.
Review 15:Room not so spacious when there was two adults and two children I had to climb onto one of the child's bed to get into my own.
Review 16:Room was comfortable, had a lovely nights sleep
Review 17:All staff commented about the difficulties of receiving bookings from booking.com. Member of staff at breakfast was incredibly rude accusing us of not paying for breakfast despite having a booking receipt to prove we were on an all-inclusive rate. He argued with us from entering breakfast, throughout eating and glared at us when leaving. While getting breakfast I saw him having a similar argument with another guest. Customer is never right seems to be his philosophy.
Review 18:We arrived late at night and were greeted on reception by a very friendly helpful man.
Review 19:We had 2 evening meals at the adjoining Beefeater, The Downshire Arms, and 2 breakfasts. Beefeater food is always ok but there was a shortage of staff resulting having to leave the table to seek staff to place order. Our daughter & Son-in-Law waited 30 minutes for drinks order
Review 20:Friendly helpful hotel staff, and easy ample parking
Review 21:The hotel room was spacious which was brilliant when you have small children. Also the room was clean and tidy and modern deco which made it a pleasure to stay on as well the staff were friendly and offered help if needed.
Review 22:Noise insulation (both from inside or outside), WiFi not free (ultimate), limited choice at breakfast.
Review 23:Very warm welcome from hotel personnel, really caring for the quality of your stay, firm and nice mattress (always in Premier Inn), vast free car park, close to a large mall.
Review 24:Typical reliable Premier Inn experience - all the basics covered. Handy location for Bracknell (including Coral Reef and Look Out Centre) as well as Wokingham and Windsor. Close to busy main road, but set back and with reasonable sound-proofing.
Review 25:Nothing, everything was great!!
Review 26:Really great location for legoland, clean, staff were very friendly, and the room we had was a great size for a family.
Review 27:I always love staying in Premier Inns, but this one was even more welcoming than normal. They obviously keep a very close relationship with the Beefeater Grill next door, where breakfasts are served. Will definitely book again!
Review 28:The staff were lovely from check in to check out. The room was huge and very clean. The beds were really comfy and the shower was nice. There was a wide choice at breakfast and the staff were very helpful. The food was delicious. Definately recommended for Legoland or if youre in the area!
Review 29:Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, everything you require for a wknd away. The adjoining beefeater provided an excellent menu and good food. Would definitely recommend .
Review 30:Nothing
Review 31:From arriving, Lynne on reception greeted us warming and allowed us to check in and unpack in our room which we had booked for three nights even though it was only 10.30am Excellent service provided throughout our stay special mention to Bobby in the restaurant.
Review 32:The hotel was tired, a bit grubby and to be honest, not very nice, especially as it was in a prime town near London. If visitors from abroad visited here, I would feel embarrassed for them. Not a great representation of hotels in England.
Review 33:The staff were all SUPERB! the loveliest, friendliest bunch of people I have ever come across in a hotel
Review 34:Beds extremely uncomfortable, fan in room stayed on for ages, couldn't sleep as so noisy. Not a good night sleep at all. Really slow service in restaurant, nearly 2hrs all in all...
Review 35:Location to legoland is excellent, lovely food at beefeater hotel. Rooms very clean. Value for money.
Review 36:It was like sardines when you have two children with no space between beds. Room too small. Reception staff was very rude not helpful at all.
Review 37:Location was good for our use
Review 38:The place outside could do with a total clean ciggreate ends every were and bins overflowing not very good frist impreshion
Review 39:Friendly staff, good breakfeast
Review 40:Nothing.
Review 41:The hotel is in a perfect location, not far from the train station at all. Close to all amenities- lots of parks close by for young children. Restaurant next door too! Staff are always very welcoming and helpful. The 12pm check out is great too! Very child friendly- never had a problem with this hotel! Have stayed in other hotels in the area and always come back to this one- far by the best in bracknell in our experience. Will continue to book our stays here!
Review 42:outside by main door very untidy ash trays not empty and overflowing fag butts every where. Heating does not go up high enough STOPS at 23 degrees not good on a cold night, very noisey fan in room and does not turn off correctly and over runs hence you cant sleep till it evently shuts off
Review 43:Helpfull staff, good breakfeast
Review 44:Room slow to ajust to reset temperature. Intially the room was too cold. when i went down to the restrant / bar I was told I would have to wait an hour to eat I had difficutly using the shower. There were no instructions as to how to change the direction of the water from the bath to the shower head Worst of all I had a disturbed nights sleep due to traffic noise I had had along journey from Leicester. I was attending a two day course in Bracknell. which I will be doing monthly for the next 12 months as a complete my diploma
Review 45:friendly staff location comfortable bed , and clean
Review 46:No room phone. No lift no phone at the desk except your business phone.Unbelievable/ Never had this anywhere in the world we will not bookor recommend
Review 47:We booked because of the location
Review 48:We found the staff very helpful including staff at the beefeater. The room was very clean with the largest TV I've seen in a hotel room. If I'm ever in the area again I would not hesitate to book in at twin bridges.
Review 49:Road traffic noise Hotel and rooms needed updating Very slow service of restaurant attached (waited 1 1/2 hour for a main course after our starter) Only double bed was made during our stay childrens' bed were not
Review 50:Location to Legoland
Review 51:While the location is good in that respect, it is also next to a double roundabout that can be busy at times and confusing at others. We have been through it many times, but usually from another approach, and on a couple of occasions we had to go around again. Sadly, we had a rather noisy family upstairs who allowed their children to jump off the bed. Normally we would not have heard any room-to room noise, but this was exceptional and displayed a clear lack of parental guidance! The only other problem we experienced was that the pub had to be closed early one of the evenings we were there for kitchen repairs. Again, not the norm for this otherwise satisfactory hotel.
Review 52:The more we stay in Premier Inns, the more we like them. This Inn was no exception, as it is well run and comfortable. It is located behind a quaint, historic pub that has been well known in the area for many years. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is close to everything in Bracknell or a short ride to Ascot or Windsor. It is also within walking distance of the Bracknell rail station for those who wish to go further afield. Our room was large and comfortable with all the conveniences you would expect from a modern hotel. The heating and cooling was easy to adjust, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but it is adjacent to a historic restaurant in the “Beefeater” chain, and there was a special rate for guests. Wi-fi worked fine but is the standard £3 additional charge for 24-hour access.
Review 53:Our room was facing main road, we had to leave window open as fan was far too noisy. For what you get it's too expensive.
Review 54:The location is very good, beds are indeed comfortable.
Review 55:There was nothing that we could fault.
Review 56:Location was excellent, staff friendly helpful and very kind and understanding. could not ask for better service. very very pleased.
Review 57:Room was very hot when we stay - Aug14 - a fan was provided, but air conditioning would have been much better.
Review 58:Excellent helpful staff on Front Desk at all times.
Review 59:The Beefeater next door where we went to have an evening meal. After ordering we waited 45 minutes for our combo starter for 2. When we queried the time taken we told it would be 8 minutes 22 minutes later it arrived. We then waited 20 more minutes before our main meal arrived but by this time we were just getting up to leave and pay for what we had. The waitress explained that a chef hadn't turned up and they had a manager cooking instead. If we were informed that delays were possible we would have been happy to wait, but we were constantly being told our food is on it's way. The positive side was, that we told we would not have to pay for the inconvenience we had.
Review 60:Staff was really good
Review 61:The weather was v warm when we visited & although fans were provided for the room, the room was v warm & was difficult to sleep in those conditions-air conditioning would have been great
Review 62:Staff were very pleasant & helpful. Very vlose to bus & rail stations, also close to shops & cinema, bowling etc
Review 63:Difficult to keep the room cool in the unusual heat. A bit expensive given services provided.

Review 69:Sudden noise during night woke me up.
Review 70:Staff are generally very good
Review 71:Terrible sound isolation (you can actually here every step of the guests on the upper floor).
