Reviews for Au Bien Etre

Review 1:Bed wasn't very comfortable. Hot tub wasn't available

Review 2:The pool was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent.

Review 3:Nothing with Au Bien Etre. Villecroze is limited in terms of good eating options

Review 4:The green - the rooms are surrounded by gardens and there are two pools again surrounded by gardens. The food - the hotel restaurant is really good, dinner excellent

Review 5:Had steps to climb even though we asked for ground floor. Had to share terrace,no privacy. Noise of kitchen extractor kept us awake.

Review 6:Not much......staff ok .

Review 7:Calm and nice hotel with parking and easy access to pittoresque villages. We enjoyed the terrasse both in front of the room and where dinner was served. The children loved to play in the pool.

Review 8:'For our comfort' we were not given a room in the hotel complex'because of the large wedding party'; and this was despitehaving booked 6 months in advance! We were put into a very basic holidaycabin 1km~ along the road. To go to the hotel or swimming pool, it wasnecessary to take the car. Everything about the cabin was basic, definitely not a hotel room and definitely not what we had been lookingforward to, or paid for. We will not be going back. Very, verydisappointing.

Review 9:This was not our first visit, and was considered a special treat. Thesetting is beautiful - so beautiful that it was being used for a largewedding on the night we arrived.

Review 10:Apart from the local flies trying to share my wine there was nothing not to like.

Review 11:We ended up here by sticking a pin in the map and we're so glad we did. Peaceful location and quiet, comfy little room with terrace. The people who run it really made us feel they were happy to have us there. The young man who explained and served our dinner in the evening was a true star. Add to that a cool pool and chirping cicadas and we were in heaven.

Review 12:Outstanding welcome by Michel who was attentive to our every need, going so far as to get me some oysters on Easter day just because I'd told him I love oysters (they weren't on the menu). Made great food for our fussy 9 year old also.

Review 13:this place was better than the photos of it on the site. breakfast was excellent, served stylishly on the terrace. the room was clean and basic, which is what we were after, and the bathroom was more than acceptable. overall, definitely worth recommending.

Review 14:The staff is not very kind. The room very narrow for three persons. The double bed was too small for two person and the child's bed uncomfortable, put in a bad (only possibility)position near a mirror (dangerous). Other rooms was more large and good for tr The breakfast too expensive and not included. Also the restaurant too expensive (bad quality/cost ratio). In my room it was a broken glass of a window Last but not least it wasn't available a fridge.

Review 15:The location is relaxing, it is a good idea to have little swimingpool dedicate to few rooms. The restaurant is plesant and the food good. The rooms have a big place in the garden available for children play

Review 16:Calm surrounding Garden

Review 17:None

Review 18:Everyone's friendliness

Review 19:walls in bedrooms are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING on either side

Review 20:lovely hotel. great , meal friendly staff

Review 21:The staff is incredible. The setting is very peaceful and the food in the restaurant is delicious. Facilities are great too.

Review 22:This place is so relaxing and is close to lots of amazing winery's. The restaurant there was also very good!

Review 23:There is quite a walk from the central building to some of the rooms. Which of course also contributed to factors we liked. A stair rail would have been useful for room 25. Bread at breakfast was heavy.

Review 24:The welcoming polite staff eager to please. It is in the peaceful countryside. Excellent food.

Review 25:Expensive breakfast with very stale rolls and croissants.

Review 26:Room was large enough for the family. Best thing about the stay was the Grottes in the village as we wouldn't have seen these if we hadn't stayed here

Review 27:This family-run hotel is just south of the village of Villecroze. It was not hard to find and is in a very pretty setting. The internet worked in our room, although it doesn't work in all the rooms. It was a nice, quiet place to stay.

Review 28:Rien!

Review 34:First room unacceptable, being up narrow stairs and without terrace.
