Review 1：We have stayed here before. And have found this hotel to be one of the best in Bournemouth. Staff are very good. Didn't bother us when we were late to check out

However I was horrified to see the dust under the bed when I moved it - Is under the bed not dusted??

Review 12：Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and kept in that condition throughout our stay. Since we were visiting our daughter and her family we did not take our meals at the Ramada and the only drawback was that it was some way away from Tuckton, which meant daily travel, other than that there were no drawbacks.

Review 13：Atmosphere poor , restaurant was poor and no real comfort about thehotel in terms of somewhere to relax and enjoy a drink in the evening.Had to go to another hotel for to have dinner. Hotel had arrangeddinner for us on Christmas with a restaurant close by but it did nottake place when I complained I was told the general manager would beinformed but three days later nothing was done about it and a member ofstaff was apologetic to us but it was like he was just having a chatover it. I expected to have some form of arrangements sorted for us asan alternative as our Christmas day was spoiled and we had to eat atakeaway instead. I was very unhappy and felt the hotel should havedone something about it. We arranged dinner also at another hotel butagain had I not called to check it we would have had no where to eat.Overall I am very unhappy with the way it was dealt with. Breakfast wasaverage, sausages were pre-cooked and glasses for juice were dirty.Linen not changed daily first two days same sheets left on the bed.Positive note staff were friendly. Air conditioning kept coming onearly mornings which woke us up despite turning it off. Won't bestaying their again

Review 18：1 the staff. They certainly know how to run a hotel. The people here are very gentle, friendly and accomodating. The lady who cleaned our room was very nice. If they want to clean while you re in the room, they just come back later rather than disturb you. 2 breakfast. Full english with vegetarian option of veggie sausages, and the complete range of continental options. Fresh fruit was very welcome and of excellent quality. 3 location. Very near the beach and the town. On a bus route. 4 peaceful. Although on Bath Rd it was very quiet in the hotel. 5 the price. They do really good off peak deals, and breakfast is a bargain.

Review 26：silly things really, people below walking in heels on floor (not hotels fault) Bed was hard for me (personal preference) next time will bring an extra quilt to lie on top of. Could hear people in hallways talking as had slight gap under door again not hotels fault. Shower made a mess of the floor and saturated anything on the floor, dosent drain well. Some staff were not very friendly these particular staff did not speak very good English. Only 1 lift working at the time so long waits for lift.

Review 27：Stayed before a really long time ago, staff on check in were excellent. Same with check out, friendly and competent. Hotel and room was clean. extra sugar with tea making facilities, given a top floor room, view was nice, plenty of towels and shampoo, housemaids were quiet. enjoyed stay.

Review 43：The breakfast area was bland and unwelcoming, the furniture basic and the décor lacked warmth - altogether it felt too functional. However, the biggest complaint we had about the hotel was the TV in the breakfast area. The volume was far too high and we simply wanted to enjoy a breakfast with each other's company - not having the early morning intrusion of a centrally positioned wide-screen TV giving us the latest news at full volume.

Review 44：A perfect location for our stay in Bournemouth with good parking facilities, pleasant staff and very clean spacious bedrooms. There was an excellent choice of options for breakfast and hot drinks, with all well presented and stocked.

Review 46：We found the bed very hard after the first night. We mentioned it to reception and we were told the mattresses were being changed but not all rooms, as yet. We were asked if we would like a duvet placed on the mattress and this was done. After the second night, the problem had been solved! The car parking spaces were very narrow.

Review 56：Hard to understand some of the Receptionists/Front of House. Testing of the fire alarms was supposed to take place at 2pm Sunday but there were 3 tests over about 30 minutes. I am sure that prices are higher than usual for October with 15000 runners about.

Review 57：Late arrival at about 10pm no problem. Although there is a very late coffee bar I wasnt kept awake by anyone. Large double room with good selection of tea and coffee and workdesk/chair. Good nights sleep. No problem not to clean room until after 2pm (taking part in Bournemouth Half Marathon). Can leave case until later in day as long as checkout by 11am weekdays. Near KFC and short walk to seafront. Plenty of choice for the £8 breakfast, (pay in advance).

Review 58：Lift didn't go to the car park. Some reception staff were very cheerful but others very functional and not very smiley! Beds were quite hard- I'm small and after a marathon were not squishy or wide enough.

Review 63：The check in process involved providing far too many details after a long day travelling - many of the details requested were already given to Bookings.com when making my reservation. I thought the young lady taking my details was officious and quite rude - e.g. I asked if providing my telephone number was really necessary as they had my e-mail etc. She insisted it was until a guy I'm assuming was her superior walked passed and said it wasn't. The safe in my room was welcomed but unfortunately it didn't work!

Review 64：Ideally situated for what I needed to do while in Bournemouth. Close to the beech and town centre. Large bedroom and bathroom. Walk in shower.

Review 83：Great location, 5 minutes walk from pier and beachfront. Car parking was easy, plenty of space and I was allowed to leave the car there for a few hours after we checked out. Not the greatest choice in breakfast but really adequate. Maybe top things up a little quicker?

Review 84：The restaurant was very slow (40 minutes to bring out the starter then another 20 to get the main). When I asked the waiters what the problem was they were evasive and the duty manager never showed up despite asking to speak to him. An apology (verbal or a small token) was not forthcoming even when i asked for a couple of free desserts. Because of this slowness we missed some of the night flying at the air show - disappointing all round.

Review 86：The breakfast policy is a bit odd (and misleading on Booking.com). £8/person if booked in advance, otherwise it's £9.95! Pop down on an ad-hoc basis and be greeted with confused looks from the staff that you aren't on the list... All seems a bit pointless really, if it's to regulate how much they cook as there was loads left on the day we ate. Bizarrely you can "pre-book" your breakfast at reception the night before, not just when you book/ check in. A bit overpriced for what is in effect an Ibis by another name, but I guess they can get away with it at times of high demand.

Review 87：Great central location, within easy walking distance of pretty much everything Bournemouth has to offer. More parking than there first appears.

Review 91：2 very minor comments about our room. 1.An electrical socket by a mirror to use hairstyling items such as straighteners would have been useful. 2. A small shelf or basket in the shower would be nice when guests need to use their own shower gel and shampoo, not everyone can bend to reach these from the floor

Review 101：Bed was rock hard, no guarantee of a good nights sleep. Bedroom flooring wasn't suitable for a hotel. Needed slippers to be provided due to it being a wooden floor. Power to the room went off 5 times & we had to keep getting someone up from reception to sort out.
