Review 1：One of the rooms smelled of fish guts when you turned the radiator on. This's as probably a previous occupants fault rather than the hotel. Would not allow me to cancel the booking a full week before my stay even though I was in hospital after emergency surgery and could barely walk. Staff promised to address this issue but have completely ignored me. My money was more important to them than my health, therefore, I will NEVER stay at another park resort. Well done, I hope one night's room rental was worth losing a family of customers for life.

Review 8：Location fantastic, apartment clean, warm well equipped, perfect for a girlie night in...amazing value for money although off season... all staff were friendly and accommodating, for instance early checkout wasn't enforced, they were happy for us to get up at our leisure and didn't mind is leaving the cars after checkout whilst we had a leisurely breakfast at the noisy lobster on Avon beach.

Review 11：The apartment was not as it appeared in the photos. Really did need updating, very disappointing, very grim inside. The fridge was rusty on the inside and the window woodwork was rotting. A smell in the corridor, a musky damp odour.

Review 13：Requested a non-smoking room, but it was clearly apparent that people had been smoking in the room previously. Could clearly hear the voices from the adjoining apartment.

Review 15：My wife and I were waken up by the noise of neighbour at 1am, they had some long talks and we felt very annoyed. I think the apartment needs some improvement to reduce the noise.
Review 16：The apartment is generally good, and living room is large. The bath room is very big as well. The location is just 5 minutes to the beach by walking which is wonderful.
