Review 1:Location was good, staff at both premiere inn Bracknell and pub next door were marvellous, friendly, helpfull could not have done more to make our stay with our granddaughter so good

Review 2:When turning the TV on in room 45 the TV would always default to 12 on the volume which was very quiet so we had to put the volume up everytime.

Review 3:The room was quiet and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and we both slept well every night (which is rare for us in hotels). The staff were extremely helpful nothing was too much for them and would like to compliment them for all the help they gave us.

Review 4:We did not have a good night sleep at all for the three nights we stayed there and we went for a meal and I found a piece of plastic in my burger which put us off eating there

Review 5:The reception staff where friendly and helpful and professional

Review 6:Noisy floor !! but this was down to others on the corridor not the hotel

Review 7:Hannah and Daniel - very polite and so helpful and friendly. Went to Ladies Day at Ascot and will stay again next year.

Review 8:There was no telephone in the room which I found very unusual as I have stayed in Premier Inn before and there was a phone. As our room was the last one, it was a long walk to the reception to ask a question and get information.

Review 9:The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful when information was needed.

Review 10:Booked this hotel for visit to Ladies Day at Ascot. It is a 10 minute taxi drive away from Ascot. Check in was very easy and staff were extremely helpful. Room was spacious and very clean and had everything we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Review 11:Small beds Terrible showers, water trickled out. Rooms very stuffy Staff didn't seem bothered with shower problem, as it appears other guests had the same experience This applied to all 3 rooms we booked.

Review 12:Location was ideal

Review 13:Had to queue for food, hardly any food put out, waited 15 minutes for any additional items to arrive from the kitchen

Review 14:Evening meal fantastic and staff helpful

Review 15:Everything was good. WiFi is only free for the first 30 minutes, but it's a useful facility to have.

Review 16:(1) Brewers' Fayre restaurant manager JOHN-O at breakfast; he's a great credit to your company. (2) extremely comfortable bed (3) terrific location

Review 17:The Scampi at our evening meal was lost in its batter not very tasty nor presented well I think it is frozen and cheap rubish and not prepared fresh to order.

Review 18:Quiet rooms and the cleanliness

Review 19:Food: Sausages could be improved. Think Porky Whites... Hotel: Rather expensive if not booked well in advance. Kids running around in quiet zone.

Review 20:Excellent friendly attentive staff. Very comfortable bed. The Steak in the restaurant was out of this world quite happily ate there every night . Room very clean also.

Review 21:I did feel the room had a few maintainace issues, such as broken bedside light, quiet a few cobwebs around where the tea making area was.

Review 22:How pleasant all staff were and how efficient, helpful and informative.

Review 23:The night receptionist when we went out fpr cigarettes was sat in reception talking to a friend who had obviously come and and wasn't a staff member. He didn't acknowledge us at all or even look up when we walked past.

Review 25:It was quite noisy upstairs and next door at times the walls are quite thin

Review 26:I love simplicity and this was just that no hassle everything at easy access especially for Mum who is elderly and a little frail

Review 27:The Wi Fi reception was non existent. Having spent 20 minutes trying to connect and sign on the signal disappeared and refused to return. Spoke to reception twice and they told me they would look into it but this didn't help our night without any Wi Fi.

Review 28:Value for money. Comfortable room and bed. Coffee making facility. Quiet. Pleasant staff.

Review 29:Family of the funeral I was attending the next day were unable to contact me at the hotel or restaurant although I never left the hotel or restaurant. I realise that you do not provide telephones but I would have thought that someone could have passed a message.

Review 37:Over priced, £122 for B&B is a rip off of the highest order. Whentravelling through Europe I can pay half that for a room 10 timesbetter. The only good thing about it is the breakfasts. Going to the pubfound good lagers that were usually served are no longer available andforget it if you want a steak, last 2 visits no steak that I wanted. Itis going downhill fast.

Review 38:Bed, and the breakfast. Only stay here regularly because it is next doorto the Honeywell office.

Review 39:Room far too hot but noisy with window open. Air con over child's bed so turned off while sleeping. All of us woke up hot during the night and that's autumn so would be boiling in summer

Review 42:The room was very clean a good size and very comfortable. We liked the breakfast which was very good and could be taken from 7.30 to 10.30 so didn't feel rushed. Staff very pleasant and helpfull.

Review 43:No phones in rooms, not able to be given and ice bucket with ice, had to go to the pub next door associated with the hotel and was only allowed one glass of ice

Review 50:Hotel offers Costa coffee but you get it from a do it yourself machine which but it served cold coffee. The. Staff said that they have to have a man come to repair the machine. It would have been nice to have been warned that the machine was faulty.
