Review 1：This is possibly one of the worst places I have stayed. So much so, that we left half way through our visit to Santorini to a new hotel across the island. As soon as I walked in to our room I wanted to cry. We had booked this hotel as it had such great reviews and we wanted to be close to some nightlife, but please don't stay here... - The room was so basic, I haven't stayed anywhere like this since my first holiday abroad at 17! - The beds were uncomfortable, - The shower was a broken rail around a couple of bricks on the floor - The room itself was unclean, - The room smelt of smoke The breakfast was terrible. I feel so bad saying it, as the people were so friendly, but I couldn't wait to escape and I am going to try and erase that visit from my mind. This is in NO WAY a four star hotel. And the other reviews are incorrect.

Review 2：The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was located at the end of Kamari beach allowing us easy access to the large number of restaurants and shops along the strip.

Review 3：Wonderful hotel. We stayed last year in Kamari in a different hotel but this one was better! Fabulous location minutes from the beach and close to best restaurants. Rooms great, pool area luxurious with lovely bar. Staff very helpful. Breakfast varied. Would stay here again.

Review 13：Where to begin. First night we were there the air conditioner was on the fritz and at 1 AM I had to go downstairs to get the man at reception to fix it. That was fine, he fixed it and I had no more issues that night. The second night we were there the air conditioner did not work at all and when I suggested allowing me and my wife (we were on our honeymoon) to sleep in an empty room and vacate in the morning I was told that would not be possible. I was told opening the windows was an acceptable solution. Thirty minutes later the phone rang and I was taken to another room so that in could sleep for the remainder of the night (it was after 2 AM at this point). When I suggested the following morning that I be compensated for the evening given the horrible night the night before I was met with an incredulous look and told no but they would double check with the manager. The final night I was there the whole place had a power outage and once again no AC in mid-July in Greece. I.e. an absurdly hot evening. My true problem came the following morning at 930 when I asked to speak to the manager about the second night situation and possible compensation. The receptionist, Christina, was rude and told me that they provided me with a solution and I didn't need com

Review 14：The facility itself was beautiful. Fantastic pool, excellent breakfast spread included in the price, great view from the room. The location was ideal with many shops, bars, restaurants and the black sand beaches of Kamari mere steps away.

Review 15：The hotel is well located near the main beaches of Kamari. It was spotlessly clean and the rooms, dining area, bar and pool were very good indeed. The hotel staff were really friendly and made our dining experience at breakfast & diner a delight. The girls in reception are very helpful and recommended us very nice restaurants and places to visit.The buffet style food was very good indeed. Would certainly recommend this hotel if staying in the area.

The hotel pool is a also nice (there is a small onefor kids). The buffet in the evening is excellent value for money. Weasked for a double room and we got triple room. The employees are verynice they will help you with all you need.
