Review 1：It is looking rather tired. Blinds dirty Not cleaned well, in fact, very mucky. Dirty pedal bin and place mats, cooker was filthy. Only one table lamp worked the other was broken ( not the bulb ) The pillows were DISGUSTING! cheapest you can get and dirty and not one had a pillow protector cover which I believe is required. The spare pillow did not even have a pillow case.. Lots of broken bits and pieces and the most horrendous mattress so no good sleep. Such a shame as I expected better as we had booked for a de-luxe room. It had 3 beds which we did not need or ask for, but just enough plates etc. for 3! Does anyone do anything about these complaints? It really was disappointing.

Review 3：Great location, short walk to shops, buses, restaurants,pubs and movies. WiFi was excellent and worked as soon as we entered the building. Found unit to be clean and quiet, had a few maintenance issues that were rectified straight away. There is a very strong smell of curry at all times but that did not prove to be a problem. I would definitely stay here again. I have stayed in other hotels in Swindon and this was by far the best, especially as it was self contained.

Review 12：Noisy! So very noisy. It's on the first floor, doesn't appear to have double glazing that's effective, and overlooks a main road which the locals seem to spend all night on revving their engines or riding bikes they can't afford to fit an exhaust to. I had to vacate the main bedroom and sleep in the box bed room. The neighbours are also moderately noisy, banging on the ceiling (their floor) until 10-11pm.

Review 14：Bit of a rigmarole with the codes to enter but at least you felt secure. Shower cool but we were on a hectic schedule and didn't report it till we returned home. Apologies were given and had we bothered to phone at time there would have been an easy solution.

Review 22：Spacious Room, Clean, self catering is blessed with a well equipped Kitchen but most of all the staff are brilliant over the phone every single time 24/24 hrs.. Am definitely coming back next year's holidays, kids loved it too.

Review 36：Very comfortable, clean, spacious. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Good location, in a large apartment house. Quiet, no street noise. You will get an email from the manager giving you the security codes to get in. There is no manager on site.

Review 37：Bathroom and kitchen were not really clean when I came (long black hairon the floor, wc not cleaned, really dirty cooker). Also dust in bedroomeverywhere. Smoke detector woke me up three times in first 8 days for noreason...then I asked to take batteries off. There was just one tea mugin the kitchen...that bothered me a lot. Problems with hot water all thetime. Also real strength needed to turn the water in shower on and off.No instructions to help yourself with switches, wifi, water, ... everysingle time I had to call somewhere.
