Review 1：Only one thing, the shower was above a bath, difficult to get into and awkward. This is not a complaint, just a personal preference to have a stand alone shower. The bath room was very smart and clean and all you needed was supplied, shampoo, plenty of towels, etc.

Review 7：Yes not happy at all with the service I received I turned up at 9 pm to get ready for royal ascot at 10.30 the manager then decided to say sorry u can go in your room until 3pm when royal ascot would have finished by then he also advised me and my wife to get dressed in a disabled toilet disgusting I needed to iron and everything then he said it's going to cost u another 25.00 pounds to have your room cleaned within the hour so I paid and they cleaned it in ten minutes disgusting anyway upon return from ascot we went to our room got into bed and the neighbours were arguing very badly the man next door was beating his wife badly there was blood everywhere so I rang reception and they sent a waiter up to help her then she said she was ok clearly not they left her go back in the room with him the police wasn't called at all there was no security at the hotel my partner was absolutely terrified then the manager moved us to another room because we were scared all night this hotel spoilt my weekend entirely I won't let this lie I'll contact trading standards ombudsman anybody I have to to get this resolved nobody should have to put up with this behaviour the staff were appalling and to change in a disabled toilet quite frankly is rude I want a full refund of 66.00 pounds and 25 pounds for the cleaning of my room my name is David weaver 42 fairoak chase brackla bridgend CF31 2PH I stayed in room 405 and then moved

Review 10：Wanted to extend check out time which we did the night before. The night receptionist told us it had been done but failed not only to put it on the system but also to inform us there was a £15 per hour charge! This led to an awkward moment upon checkout with us having to explain what happened. Fortunately they waived the charge.

As being an exHead housekeeper of two huge Hotels surrounding Bracknell Also train staff to local events, I.E Ascot (only Royal when queen in attendance) Golf, as hence why traffic was heavy.I am from Bracknell as was seem to be advising and correcting them. I wonder what other misinformation had also had been given out to guests. But my big bone was the treatment of being belittled. I had stayed here in the past when few years ago. Shame as clean nice hotel,but reason i dnt live in Berkshire anymore people unfriendly.

Review 24：we didn't book b'fast in advance, and went for breakfast in the morning, and it wasn't until we had sat down and ordered our coffees we realised we were getting stung at £18 per head for a very average buffet breakfast. This is more expensive than the Wosley in London, utter rip-off not sure how they can justify this price. Also water is not free in the room.
Review 25：The entry to hotel and car park is untidy and scruffy and feels as if you are entering a run down industrial site. Once inside though, the picture changes for the better.

Review 27：Huge concrete pillar blocking access to one side of the double bed and totally obscuring the window that overlooked a very ugly concrete car park. Staff not very helpful fells like they just want your money. Access at night is applling, as a well built male if felt very uncomfortable in dark concrete rat run used to access the hotel. If you like concrete you will love this place!
Review 28：Didn't realise there were any hotels left who still tried to rip off customers with ridiculous wifi charges - especially when they advertise 'wifi' in room. Room service was overpriced. Fish and chips @ £15 is excessive but then add on a tray charge and £3.75 for soda water (usually free) - you will feel ripped off

Review 44：we booked a double room but got a single,even after we phoned you to tell you that the email you sent us was wrong, you then comfirmed it would be a double room. there was none available on the day.the room we had 611 a twin room on the 6th floor where the wallpaper was pealing off the wall. our beds were uncomfortable, "we would have had a better nights sleep on a park bench",then to top it all we had three hand towels so we could not have a shower in the morning,we have stayed with you in the past and never had a problem. my husband told me not to pay for the room but at the time i did not want to cause a fuss but now feel we should not have paid.

Review 127：I wanted a cool quiet clean room and that's what I got. I was pleased the air conditioning was working so I didn't have to sleep in a boiling hot stuffy room. The staff were very accommodating. Will stay there again for sure. Bracknell is very easy to get in and out of so very convenient.
