Review 2：Chantal was a wonderful host that was both helpful without being intrusive. The rooms were impeccably clean and it had an authentic feel to the place. Will definitely come back again when we next visit Crete
Review 3：The bathroom and kitchen are working well but due for renovation which is going to take place this winter. Since this is situated in a village outside Heraklion the surroundings are not very impressive and there is some noise from the air planes, although not so much and when you use the aircon and close the windows you will sleep well.
Review 4：we liked the spacious and relaxed pool area. The hosts Chantal and Loukas are very friendly and helpful. If you have an evening flight they try and help you out so you can stay longer on their premises or apartment if bookings permits. Loukas is a good cook as well and serves, besides a basic menu a daily special. The grilled Dorade is recommended ! The apartments have a nice balcony and little oil lamp for at night. Very relaxed environment. Good place to start or end you trip around Crete. Easy access to Knossos and Heraklion archealogical museum. Bus stop nearby. Little (touristic) village with shops and restaurants on walking distance
