Review 1：The shower is not good for people with disabilities or knee problems. The breakfast room gets very crowded need another toaster. Sun Lounges not very comfortable and hard to get out of.
Review 2：The pool is excellent and the location is great close to all the great restaurants. Room is quite large with balcony. The staff at breakfast were great always helpful.
Review 3：The rooms were extremely basic and needed improvement. While we had a room with a view, the inside of the room was barely adequate. The sink in the bathroom was cracked, the water from th shower flooded the floor because the shower curtain did not reach the floor, the bathroom door was peeling, lighting was not good, and the fan was either on or off, not able to adjust the speed.
Review 4：The location was excellent. The view from the room was nice, The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food available at the snack bar was well prepared and good.
Review 5：The only place we could get wifi was in reception and they may as well not provide wifi as it was not only slow but took at least 10-20 minutes for anyone to connect to the wifi before taking another 10 minutes to load anything. The 'breakfast' consisted of stale bread, squash branded as 'juice', tinned hot dog sausages, and boiled eggs. It was the same everyday. Beware of the female waitress with red lipstick, she is very rude, takes your plate away before you've even finished your food and shouts at you for coming to breakfast late (we were told breakfast is between 7.30-10.30) so we arrived at 10am only to be shouted at from the red lips waitress who said we were too late just because she wanted to finish her shift ASAP. Really unprofessional. The staff are very unprofessional. Cleaners make loud noises and speak and laugh extremely loudly in the mornings. Bed sheets were damp and yellow. The floor was dusty and sticky. Would be a fool to stay here again

Review 14：This hotel was a real let down! Difficult to access the reception area with lots of stairs or steep ramps after poor signage outside. The room was dirty with plaster dust and chunks lying all over the floor, bugs and dirt both under the stairs and behind the fridge. The room smelt damp and the curtains were simply bed sheets attached to the rails. Kamari is also right under the flight path of all incoming flights to the island. So much so you can read the make of tyres the planes have on their wheels. This beautiful island has far better hotels than this and at no greater cost!

Review 22：Our first impressions were not good. This hotel is not suited to anyone travelling with luggage!! There are too many steps both up and down to get to reception which is located in a dark area in the interior of the complex. Upon arrival at reception I was not greeted, instead was asked for my credit card to charge my stay. When I questioned this the female receptionist then said she would take an imprint of my card (normal procedure at other hotels). When we got to our room the double bed was in fact a large single! Our balcony was not private and overlooked a walkway and the breakfast area. WIFI did not work at all. The bathroom was tiny with an old shower curtain and became totally flooded when you had a shower. Breakfast was adequate but the serving staff were not pleasant and looked like they did not want to be there! All in all, this hotel is overpriced for what it offers.

Review 35：The mattresses need to be replaced and new pillows would be nice. The shower is so tiny that the curtain sticks to you as you try to shower and the bathroom is literally flooded when you're done. We were only given one key, which was needed to keep the electricity on in the room, so we were unable to charge electronic devices while not in our room.

Review 59：the rooms are tiny...enough space to fit the beds...forget about cases. the beds had hairs in them after being made up by cleaner on three separate occassions and flies on the floors in the corridors. bathrooms and rooms were old, locks and sinks broken and damaged. very dangerous spike coming up from the floor as you walk out onto the balcony (which I stepped on and hurt my foot); staff at reception seemed indifferent so I did not even complain. breakfast was mediocre ...it is value for money....but I would pay more next time for better accomodation.

Review 65：We were 2 couples traveling together and got identical rooms next to each other. But our room was much nicer than our friends. We had a large vanity, they did not, their towel bar fell off the wall. We both had some ants but th hard to escape on the island in general...and as bugs go ants are fairly benign. The staff was helpful, but they didn't go out of their way at all, you had to ask a few times for certain things like clean towels.
Review 66：Wonderful location both in Kamari and on the island. In Kamari it is right on the beach (some hotels are right behind a row of restaurants etc), and relatively in the center of the strip so you're not walking excessively. Kamari is also a wonderful place on the island. You are right on the beach, whereas in Fira an Oía you are on a cliff and have to travel far or depend on your hotel's pool. The wind is less on this side of the island as well. The pool is very large, lots of hotels in Kamari have rather small pools with restricted sunlight (even some of the ones right on the beach so be careful). Pool is large and clean. Lots of space to sit and suntan, beautiful view of ocean. Lots of rooms with sea views, falling asleep and waking up to the ocean sounds is incredible.

The hot water to the shower worked so well the first day but then the next 5 days it was cold most of the time. The staff were nice enough, but some not so nice. When we asked to be accommodated for our special stay, and having given them notice - they did not seem to care at all.
