Review 4:I had booked the Premier Inn, at the wrong location, not realising that there were 2 in close proximity in Wolverhampton. The chap on the desk couldnt have been more helpful cancelling my booking and re booking at the location which was in close proximity to the hospital, I needed to visit
Review 5:Going to other building for breakfast even though it was next door the weather was freezing
Review 6:Beds were comfortable, normally I can't sleep in strange bed.rooms were clean and bathroom and shower brilliant. Breakfast was great

Review 9:The staff were very friendly took an interest in our weekend of concerts, very helpful in everything, always had a smile. The breakfast pub next door was also very friendly and very good breakfast. We will be using again.
Review 10:Free Wi-Fi has too many hiccups. The request to write two sentences in this section.
Review 11:The excellent service from the staff. Also, the bus service into town is very good on weekdays.
Review 12:Room Very Hot.even with the heating turned off. Bed 100 tog cover extreemly uncomfortable sleeping half in and half out of the cover, otherwise felt like a steamed fish!!!!!!
Review 13:Bar staff put their coats on to leave despite customers still finishing their drinks. Management should ensure that staff are paid for a certain time following last orders.
Review 14:Staff were warm and welcoming. They were very helpful and friendly.
Review 15:When we arrived to check in we were rather early as we were going to a wedding. We went next door to the restaurant and asked if we could order a cup of tea after our journey and were told sorry we're closed as we've got a meeting! Yet they were still serving breakfast! We thought that was bad service.
Review 16:The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were lovely high quality cotton. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and couldn't do enough for us.
Review 17:The free wifi kept logging me off
Review 18:The staff were friendly and welcoming. There are shops within walking distance and a gym next door for £10 per use. The meal deal was a really good offer breakfast and 2 course evening meal. The bed was amazing very comfortable. Overall great stay.
Review 19:For wolverhampton this hotel wasn't exactly cheap. But it was where we needed to get to family's house.
Review 20:Courtney was friendly and relocated our room when we realised it was right by the lobby.
Review 21:The evening menu in the adjoining pub was varied however portions were small for the price and a little basic.
Review 22:All of the staff were excellent as was the breakfast selection. I stayed here for 2 weeks and will go back again.
Review 23:Nothing - the stay was perfect for our needs.
Review 24:The hotel is in a great location (just off motorway), it is really nice and quiet, both inside and out. We had a double + extra single bed for youngster and they were very comfortable. The room was spacious and very clean. The food at the attached Table Table pub/restaurant was tasty and good value for money.
Review 25:Not so helpful in the restuarant......our waitress was great but the other staff more concerned with clearing away than helping.
Review 26:Staff were over and above helpful from reception to the ladies cleaning rooms the next day. Beds super comfy....:0) This hotel does what it says on the tin! No fuss, frills you get exactly what you pay for.
Review 27:beds are not that comfortable. Make sure you dont have a room next to a door in the hall, people obviously dont take note of the signs. I am not disabled but have been given a room three times now, bed nearly on the floor hand basin low.
Review 28:Friendly staff. Clean TableTable next door are very accommodating will give you a tray with your dinner on it so you can take it back to your room.
Review 29:The room was just too hot...and noisy. Would like to blame it on noisy neighbours who kept.banging door and running upstairs at odd hours. But as a hotel....surely soundproof roof and walls is not too much to ask for. How about also updating your security to barcode cards rather than keys jingling in my purse like I've checked into a caravan.
Review 30:Services were good as always with all premier inns.
Review 31:The bed was a bit high for us as we are disabled but it was fun trying to get in and out

Review 34:bed was amazing reception staff were very pleasant room was clean
Review 35:a bit noisy so close to the pub bit and would request a different room next time - seemed to be smoke coming into the ventilation system of the bathrooms so perhaps this is also from the smoking outside
Review 36:could get hot milk for our grandaughter late at night
Review 37:Could improve the ammenities by having wash cloths (12"x12") available in the bathrooms. Also, small containers of hand lotion, and hair conditioner.
Review 38:I could walk to the United Technologies Corporation Facility from the hotel.
Review 39:Beds, noise of bathroom fan, failure of basin to drain properly. Especially the constant drone of the air conditioning fan next door which was on throughout the night. We were in room 21
Review 40:Evening meal and breakfast, reception and staff.
Review 41:I had a great stay from the minute i walked in the door. It was quiet, clean, with friendly staff. Food and facilities were outstanding. This is why i always use Premier Inn. The hotel i used last year was awful. we were the only ones not using that hotel this year and my friends were not happy with the Travel Lodge in the town. Yet again what ever Premier Inn ive been in have been gr8.

Review 111:Easy route to the v festival no complaints all good
Review 112:Hotel room starting to look a little tired
Review 113:Friendly efficient staff. Comfortable
Review 114:Little bit hot in room 41.
Review 115:No phone in room! I would have been more than happy to pay for its use had there been one. Had to ask (twice) to use phone on reception desk. This proved very inconvenient as I was in Midlands for a family funeral (my great grand-daughter unfortunately) and it was therefore difficult to keep in touch with my son re the arrangements etc. I got the impression that use of the reception landline was inconvenient so only asked twice. We don't all have mobile phones with contracts that give endless calls and texts. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and there was a request to keep door shut during bathroom use in case the steam set off the fire alarms - a bit uncomfortable. So, if I wanted to keep the room light on with door open during night the noise of the fan was very intrusive! No tissues - had to use toilet paper. Don't mean to moan, but set against £128 for 2 nights stay (at a very expensive time) it could have been a bit better. Thank you.
Review 116:Clean, quiet, large room, comfortable bed, good restaurant with attentive and pleasant staff.
Review 117:cheap/horrible toilet paper. No toilet brush. Loud extractor fan in room 16's toilet. simple things, but annoy your guests when you get it wrong.
Review 118:clean, comfortable room. nice choice of hard and soft pillows. beds are very luxuriant.
Review 119:Quite noisy but not the hotels fault. On a night, the guest above made a lot of noise and in the morning someone was playing music very loudly from their car.
Review 120:Staff very friendly and helpful and rooms were very nice. Great location for us as close to where we needed to be the next day.
Review 121:I did not like that we were woken up during the night with the noise once woken we could not get back to sleep explained to staff that my son missed his breakfast as he was to tired they refunded the money but I did not intend eating breakfast on my own apart from that it was rally good
Review 122:The the matress on the spare bed was really hard, could feel the metal through so my son didn´t get much sleep. I´m also a bit disappointed that the hotel couldn´t provide free internet 24 hours, only 30 min. Most hotels would do that.
Review 123:I have stayed at a few Premier Inns and I really like them. Friendly staff, great food, good rooms, great prices. The hotel is also very environmental friendly which tics a box with me.
