Review 1：Learn German before you go! The hotel staff had very limited English and the menus had some or no translation.

Review 2：What a find, we booked this quite last minute and it was a great retreat. The views of the mountains were stunning and the room a huge size with everything we needed.

Review 5：No problem for us - but just be aware that there are several buildings and that you might have to commute between them in the rain after check-in and if you want to go to the restaurant or sauna.

Review 6：No AC. What's wrong with those thin pillows at all hotels we stayed in Austria. The waiter at the restaurant didn't understand English at all so unfortunately there was misunderstanding.

Review 23：Very strange designer decisions (blue bath and WC, etc). Last winter we stayed in the same town in the cheaper hotel which felt much more comfortable and friendly. No WiFi signal in the rooms. The restaurant is situated in the separate building which is app. 30m from the hotel building.

Review 26：Hotel location. Pertisau is a great destination for hiking, swimming and exploring the Tyrol. The serving staff in the restaurant and housekeeping staff who were all friendly and efficient.

Review 27：This hotel is mostly NOT on the lake. The restaurant is, and the reception desk is, so I guess they can get by with calling it a lakefront property, but most of the rooms probably do not have a lake view. Our room was quite a trek up the hill from reception. Hotel was not signed very well, so I am glad I asked a policeman where the hotel was as soon as we got off the boat. I was surprised the town in general is not really centered around the lake, but stretches more down the valley toward the mountains, which are gorgeous.

Review 28：The food was good, the location and view from the restaurant were great. The room was comfortable and clean. Balcony was nice. We watched parasailers most of the time. The view was nice, but definitely not a lake view. Easy walking distance to the docks. The trip to the hotel was great; we took the Achenseebahn up to the dock at Seespitz, and got on the boat to Pertisau. The trip is highly recommended. The hotel is nice enough, but if you want a lake view, I would definitely specify that.
