Review 1：No Bar & no staff after 9pm.

Review 2：Lovely hotel in the most beautiful location. Staff very helpful & friendly & the pool is the most beautiful feature. Just lovely.

Review 3：The corridors and room had a very musty smell and were very dark. The wifi only worked in the reception area and then intermittently. The breakfast was limited and expensive at EUR9

Review 10：The location, just opposite the new telecabine was excellent, a lovely 5 min stroll along the river. Ski hire is at the hotel as well, very easy and efficient.

Review 11：Stopped here on a GR10 through hike in the summer. Staff was super helpful and friendly. It looks like this would be a great location if you were here in the winter to ski.

Review 37：The staff seemed to be out smoking or somewhere else when needed. Thereis no 24-hour staff, so leaving early in the morning is a problem. Wewanted to leave at 0630, but the staff did not arrive until 0700.However, the staff did not arrive at 0700, but apparently at 0730. At0705 we left a note regarding billing and were subsequently billed bythe hotel. The booking.com price is a little misleading as there arelocal taxes which are not included in the "total price." I would notrecommend this hotel.

Review 39：Breakfast is just basic and has only the expected itens one can findelsewhere. We stayed only for one night but I noticed that the new bedlinen and towels that were going to replace the ones we used were leftin the floor of the corridor beside the door. I do not think this anappropriate procedure but this was perhaps something that was notsistematically adopted.

Review 41：There was no lift, so carrying my bags and bike up the stairs was a challenge, but absolutely not a big deal. Most normal people don't have bikes and wheels and bags so not a worry. No lift isn't an issue.
