Review 1：My arrival and vacating was a slight disappointment with nobody speaking or understanding English. Not knowing quite what to do on both occasions. Had a slight issue with the opening and closing of the curtains. Also the drain in the shower was blocked.

Review 9：No Staff present! phone in room not working light fitting hanging out of ceiling, loo roll holder fell off the wall stains on the carpet too noisy from other guests thin pillows food was o.k but small portions had to ask extra no staff present had to find them to ask what we wanted disappointing, but got a reduced bill at the end of our stay.

Review 12：The room (room 1) & bathroom were very nice & comfortable but the shower was poor. Was looking forward to my shower in the nice big cubicle but the shower pressure was so bad I couldn't wash my hair - important to lady travellers!! Also the sockets on the dressing table/desk were not working which seemed strange. Everything else was great - would stay again but in a different room please.

Review 16：The shower didn't work properly, the only way you could get water to come out fast enough was to turn up the temperature which meant you couldn't get underneath it without burning yourself! One member of staff was pretty misserable and I asked another one for a VAT reciept and it still hasn't come through yet after being promised it an hour later. Also after reporting the shower problem I had the impression that they didn't really believe me and said it's a new shower.

Review 18：Staff were very friendly, arried early and was allowed to check in. Room was spotless. Easy access to M4. Was allowed to sit and relax in rear garden before we went to Reading Festival. Would recommend and return if visiting again.
Review 19：The B & B was spotless, we could have eaten off the floor! The food was plentiful, perfectly cooked and nicely presented. The people treated us like honoured guests and couldn't have been kinder. We would recommend this establishment to anyone who wants a peaceful, beautifully presented property with accommodating staff. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will certainly be back!

Review 38：The bed was not as comfortable as the major roadside Hotel chains. My room, at the front of the hotel, was clean but noisy and I could hear all the other guests coming and going. This was probably due to the large gap under the door.
Review 39：This modest hotel is two large family houses joined to make a "Hotel" with a conservatory at the rear for breakfast. The gravel Car Park extendes accross the whole of the front of the two properties, which are located on the edge of Bracknell. My one night stay was inexpensive, the staff were very friendly and helpfull, the Wi-Fi was good. The English Breakfast was nicely cooked and the ingrediants were of good quality and nicely served.
Review 40：It wasn't as described, it didn't have room service nor free snacks in the room. It was a slightly dodgy looking house on main road. Staff were nice but I got a weird vibe around the hotel. Pleasant enough for 1 night, staff can't be faulted very friendly

Review 55：The bed was very very uncomfortable and two of the thinest and hardest pillows I have ever experienced. No reception or phone in the room and no indication on how to contact staff if you have any issues. The shower was just a trickle, and the windows on the room didnt open apart from one and that only opened a couple of inches. This was all in room 2.

Review 58：I booked this for the director and engineer of a company. He was very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel even down to the breakfast. Everything was arranged perfectly and he commented on a proper breakfast with proper ingredients not cheap sausage and bacon. We would definitely use this hotel if we was in the area and would certainly recommend. All staff were attentive and polite
