Review 15：We had a few issues when we checked in, primarily due to the way you make reservations on booking.com. Despite this, the staff we quick to sort out the issues and were so helpful for the entire duration of our stay. The staff get 11 out of 10 from me. Great location for bikers, right at the start of the Ishgl Pass! Defiantly one to go back to

Review 16：No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Outside breakfast period, paying 2.5 euros for a tea bag and hot water from downstairs bar (self service) - stung a bit. So only did it once. Would be much better to halve the cost and get more custom. Would take a travel kettle for the room next time.

Review 17：Aesthetics of this hotel are excellent. Fixtures and fittings are high quality. Hooks everywhere to dry off your damp ski gear. Sawn wood walls in bedroom add to cosy feel. You feel like you're coming home at the end of a day on the slopes. Awesome breakfast buffet. Hob station where you can cook your own eggs. Somehow tasted far better than the eggs at home! Yolks were deep yellow. Really useful walkway/balcony out the back of the rooms where you can store your drinks from the supermarket or duty free. Boot room in basement with heated boot hooks meant we left with cosy feet every morning.

Review 18：Location, need to take the ski-buss (stops outside the hotel), or drive to the slope. Ski-bus is often already full when it arrives at the hotel. No proper restaurant in the hotel, only snacks. Too far to walk to the village in the evening for small children, and only few restaurants to choose from in the village.

Review 19：Very good value for money. Well thought through hotel and very practical, from the large number of hooks in the rooms for wet ski-cloths, to the lockers for skis and boots in the reception. Good breakfast buffet with espresso machine and possibility to cook your own hot eggs/bacon. Very friendly, helpful and competent staff. Rooms are quite charming with natural stone on the floor and wood on the walls.
