Review 1：Restaurant staffs (2 senior females) are extremely unfriendly and made every mealtime very uncomfortable. They ruined every other things which were perfect for the vacation with kids. I don't recommend the hotel if parents also want to enjoy the stay.

Review 2：Daily program for kids. Person who takes care of kids (Betreuerin) is very attractive and actively playing with kids everyday.

Review 3：No equipment in the kitchen. The beds were old, and worn. The towels smelled of smoke. The system for the children were I think ok, but if you do not partisipate in every activity, it's not ok - for eksample the playroom didn't open until 13, and children had meals there, and then you have to go out. The swimmingpool were way to cold (they blamed it on new water). Bad shower/wardrobe conditions. Fitness room was a joke.The dining-system did not adapt our routine. The food were not worth it. Breakfeast serving table were to small for so many guests. Slow internett, an only in the reception.

Review 4：Good closetspace. Close to crosscountryslopes. Nice personal, but did not have controll.

Review 5：The Wifi signal is poor, leave hope of getting a connection outside the lobby, unless your room is right next to it. The food could be better. It was a low season, I understand, but we were offered the same Schnitzel from the previous dinner, cut into pieces, on the next day. Don't bother booking a full board, better eat at some restaurant nearby. But really, if it's not that important to have Wifi in your room, and if you don't order meals here, the place is worth staying at.

Review 6：The place is just beautiful. The hotel is rather comfortable and clean, has really a lot to offer families with children. The outside playground + a very spacious playroom + an indoor small swimming pool and a wellness area can make your day if you don't go out. The staff is very nice, they are really good with children.

Review 7：Few attractions and events for kids outside of sky season. Food was plentiful, but not exactly delicious. All in included only tap soft drinks, not even sodas or beer.

Review 9：The indoor pool is not a "warm pool" so was uninviting during winter. There was only weak Wi-Fi available in the reception/bar area. The chalet was freezing on the first night as the heaters weren't on and they took more than a day to get up to temperature and heat the rooms - a suggestion would be for staff to preheat the chalet before the first guests of the season arrive.

Review 10：We liked the family feel of the hotel with excellent facilities for small children (ski school in the mornings and 1-9pm child care included in the price). The hotel is in a beautiful location with easy access to more advanced ski fields and mountains. The all included food and soft drinks, although simple and plain, were in abundance and we never went hungry.
