Review 1:A very friendly greeting from Loraine and Martin, who helped with my luggage. The room was delightful, warm, clean, with tea/coffee making facilities. There were fresh flowers in the room, which added to the luxury feel of the place. Additionally, there were many extra, thoughtful touches which enhanced my whole experience. The breakfast, cooked to order, was excellent. I cannot recommend the Baytree B & B too highly.

Our room and en-suite bathroom was spotless and had little extras to make us feel at home. Very convenient for Carmarthen, Aberglasney Gardens, Botanical Gardens, Gwili Railway and all around, so plenty to do

Everything was thought of and the sofa in the room was a great place to catch up on some work. Welcoming hosts. The breakfast was delicious, I recommend the Baytree omelette.

Review 19:I needed a break away from caring for my 94 year old dad and it was perfect, everything was perfect even the weather. The breakfast was delicious but I'm not really a breakfast person so it was too much though I think the dog enjoyed what was left. Can't praise my hosts enough.

Review 20:Loraine and Martin have created a fantastic dream place. The house is very cosy and welcoming surrounded by a beautiful garden in the quietness of the wales coutry side. The room is refined in every single detail and offers the best confort. The food that was served for breakfast simply delicious - do not miss the homelette - (Italian-proof!)

Better than some hotels I have stayed in recently. Would definitely return.
