Review 1：Apartment was ok some sockets did not work we had to fix a lamp so it would work only 2 dishwasher tabs left for 4 day stay !!! Exceptionally warm apartment and no instructions left for boiler or hot water system. Annoying not having a key for main door to building and having to keep code with u all the time a key would have been helpful!

Review 4：Nothing - the location was in the middle of nowhere, the apartment was filthy and smelly. Bliss was terrible at handling complaints.
Review 5：The heat rooms very hot and windows doors could not be opened to cool them down heating was not on, no mirror to do hair in and half the lights didn't work and despite informing staff the still didn't work.

Review 8：Nice large soft towels, comfortable beds, good ensuite and seperatebathroom. Liked the locks on the windows which allowed them to be leftopen. Furnishings nice. Good location for visiting surrounding areas.

Review 13：Apartment 46, a 2-bed apartment, is in need of a makeover. The paint on the bathroom wall over the bathtub has peeled off and the carpeting throughout the flat is worn. When I arrived one of the ceiling lights in the lounge was not working and the window handles were broken. At least, the workman was prompt and efficient, and tried his best to fix the ceiling light and the window handles. However, the key to the balcony window in the master bedroom was missing and he couldn't get me a spare one. This means the full length window could be opened from the outside, which was a safety issue.
