Review 12:We experienced nothing bad, the only thing to mention would be that if you have a large car the entrance to the driveway can be tight, especially if approaching from up the hill.
Review 13:Gill and Kim were very welcoming and friendly. Fantastic choice for breakfast and all locally sourced. The honey made from the bees in the garden was delicious. We stayed in 'Honeypot' which was a lovely, very spacious and well equipped self contained apartment with it's own front door - as we were at a wedding didn't want to disturb other by coming in late. There are also no children under 12 allowed which for us was a bonus, and allowed for a much quieter and relaxing stay. Walking distance to the centre of Bodmin (5-10min) downhill on the way! We definitely plan to return.

Spacious room and bathroom. Good location walking distance to the museums, shops, car rental and restaurants. In terms of parking - if you are not comfortable doing that yourself, hosts will be happy to help.

Review 99:Kim & Gill warmly welcomed us into their beautiful home. Our room was clean, comfortable, well sized and appointed. It was very warm and cosy and had some extra nice touches, such as Cornish cookies, fairtrade hot chocolate and a mini fridge with various beers and wines, if so desired at a small extra cost. The B&B is ideally situated for Bodmin Steam Trains, Museum, Bodmin Jail and various other attractions. Kim & Gill were very helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat. It was my partner's 40th birthday and they very kindly put up some decorations I sent before our stay. The cooked breakfast was hearty and delicious and an addition of a candle in my partners toast, was very sweet! We highly recommend staying at this beautiful B&B and would definitely stay again.
