Galatia Apartments sells fast on our site. Just 300 feet from the beach of Kokkini Chani, Galatia Apartments features self-catering accommodations with a private balcony. It has a swimming pool with separate children’s section and a snack bar.
Galatia studios and apartments are spacious and air-conditioned, most enjoying views of the Cretan Sea. They include a kitchenette with electric kettle and fridge, as well as a dining and living area with TV. The private bathroom is stocked with toiletries and a hairdryer.
Sun beds and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool. Guests can also enjoy drinks, coffees, fresh juices and snacks at the on-site bar.

Review 1：Some apartments have bad wi-fi connectivity.Can connect at the bar/pool or ask for an apartment close to the router.

Review 6：Whole resort is very nice - stuff, rooms, clean pool, breakfast. It is a perfect place for shorter time - to explore central Crete. The shopping center is close to the resort also free parking is available next to the resort.
Review 7：We have stayed here several times before. Last time I reviewed that the rooms seemed a little "tired". Not this time -the rooms have been revamped, the bathroom was lovely,the kitchen very nice and the whole room was new. The breakfast was well worth the 5 euros and the staff very helpful. Excellent value for money.

Review 12：The apartments were within walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants yet also far enough off the main tourist section to allow for peace at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful going out of their way to make our stay pleasurable.
Review 13：Very friendly greek/english/dutch-speaking staff, that will help you with whatever you need. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the capital Iraklio. Busses depart right outside the hotel, every 15 minutes daytime. The hotel is in a quiet area, with a few shops and restaurants close by. Right across the street you will find a long, sandy beach. The water is shallow and therefore ok for children, under supervision of parents. The beach has lifeguards on duty. At Galatia you can order breakfast, it is served by the pool bar, a nice start to the morning!

Review 15：Stayed a week at this hotel. Its a small familyrun hotel and enjoyed every moment. Most of it is because of the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. They made me feel like home. Nice refurbished room (studio). Located close to the beach, and has an nice pool. The poolbar has good wifi and mojitos. Didn't change towels every day, but they gave us new when we asked. Over all a good stay.

Review 18：There was no soap in the bathroom, no washing liquid in the kitchen. The power socket in the kitchen didn't seem safe; the electrics hum loudly at night; staff don't speak English or speak very basic English; many staff smoke; the TV had just two channels.

We have stayed in the vicinity before at other places but this is where we will be staying in future when we come to pick people up from the airport on late flights. Review 54：3 good beds. Poor Extra bed (the 4th). Only one room is airconditioned, the room with 2 additional beds didn't have aircondition. We booked sea view room but got east facing room. Left windows open since got no aircondition, got sun in the room very early.. Toilet didn't work at firts but got fixed. Altough we reserved through booking.com we were asked to pay cash as they can't accept credit cards in the hotel.
