Review 1：Road layout in Fareham is a nightmare. Avoid if you can.
Review 2：Large, clean & comfortable room with balcony. Very friendly, helpful hosts. If we needed anything replenished in our room or wanted anything not provided a request for it was welcomed. They even drew us maps to help us find our way round the complex road junctions in Fareham.
Review 3：Bit difficult wet shaving with no mirror by the basin in our room, otherwise very good facilities.

Review 7：The proprietors were very welcoming, the room and suite were very warm and clean, the bed was soo soo comfy, and the breakfast was wonderful, I would stay here again like a shot.
Review 8：This was a 1st for me I normally stay in hotels but this was a very late booking and to be honest I had no other options, what I found was a eye opener, my welcome was very friendly, the room was a good size, everything on the surface was fine, my host explained all I needed to know and left me to settle in, so first was a shower, this is normally a battle of the hot and cold torture in many hotels, not so here it was red hot and very powerful,the room was spotlessly clean, felt very relaxed here and got a good nights sleep, the breakfast menu had plenty of choices I had the full English which was lovely, the home made bread summed up the whole place it was like staying with a old friend who was glad to see you.
Review 9：The only small niggle, not mentioned anywhere that I could see online, was they had a dog - a very nice quiet dog - but a dog, nonetheless. As soon as I walked through the front door, I could smell dog. They had air fresheners about the place but you can never stop the smell completely. I never saw the dog in the house so that wasn't an issue, but I imagine that it's allowed in when there are no guests.
Review 10：The house is in a lovely quiet spot and from the terrace you can see horses in the next door field. Good to have parking in the large in/out drive and only a few minutes from Fareham. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a large flat TV with Freeview. Wi-fi is available and ok - not mega fast - but ok for emails. Breakfast was very good and ordered the night before to cut down on waiting time for those wanting a Full English but as I had poached eggs, no problem. But all in all, a good stay.
Review 11：This was a perfect location for us as we were doing the Great South run on he Sunday so it was easy access for Portsmouth. The owners were very friendly and fun to be around.

Review 21：This was our last overnight stop of a month long euro tour, the weather was foul when we arrived but the welcome was delightful. From beginning to end of our short stay everything was perfect. Head and shoulders above anywhere else we stayed during our trip.

Review 26：The staircase was very steep and lacked a proper handrail. For anybody having difficulty with stairs, this is not a good choice. I many have misunderstood the description, but I was expecting the room to have its own balcony. There is a balcony, but it is shared by all the rooms - which might just be a bit instrusive.

Review 29：Stayed for a family wedding so didn't spend much time at the B&B. The hosts were so helpful with advice and went far beyond the call of duty to look after my husband and I. Lovely shared balcony which was great as my parents were also staying. Shame we couldn't stay longer to enjoy it!

Review 39：Everything where do I start, from the welcome when I arrived to the goodbyes when I left I was made to feel very welcome and it felt more like I was a visiting family friend rather than a passing customer, the hosts couldn't do enough, pleasant comfortable clean and spacious room and a lovely breakfast, I'm not one for walking great distances so was more than happy that the village center with shops and pubs (the Queens head served great real ales) wasnt much of a stroll away. My usual choice of accommodation was fully booked up and I'm so glad it was or I wouldn't have found westfield b&b I'm most certainly going to return on a regular basis.

Review 47：The bed was far too soft and we didn't sleep well. We aren't big people so it would be worse for a bigger couple. The room isn't particularly luxurious, just comfortable. I'm not convinced the use of a balcony would suffice to warrant a 'luxurious' appellation. A little overpriced for what it was.

Review 50：The hotel is situated in a very beautiful and peaseful place. My room was spacious clean and well furnished, with a nice bathroom and balcony! The bed was so good, I had an excellent sleep in it. Claire and Graham are brilliant hosts and they were very helpful and provided me with everything i needed. As a result I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with them and definitely recommend this place!

The room was newly decorated and very comfortable. I was undisturbed to do some work in the evening and the breakfast in the morning is highly recommended. This is my second time staying here and I will be staying here every time I am on business in this area.

There was nothing to dislike about it, even the fact that it is down a lane without street lighting is sorted as there are torches available in porch to use if you are walking.

Review 82：I picked Westfield after checking online reviews of guest houses in the area and it deservedly comes out tops. I've been staying there for 2 weeks so far whilst I look for a property to move house into the area, and have booked up a room for the rest of October. Clare and Graham are excellent hosts and provide a level of service you'd normally associate with a 4* hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for them ; it's hard to believe Westfield only opened this year as it has the cosy character of a place that's been running a long while. For example: I'm staying on business and rise early but breakfast at any time is no trouble, plus they are very helpful with local knowledge of restaurants and attractions and (for me) running routes. It's a quiet location in a comfortable property with large rooms, where you feel like you really are are staying in somebody's house rather than an anonymous B&B. I look forward to the rest of my stay.
