Review 7：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, restaurant and Lounge were very tastefully decorated. The Inn was situated in quiet and peaceful countryside. Although we did not get chance to investigate the immediate area it was obviously very close for "travellers" to experience a lot of amenities. Perfect for our short stay. If we are in the area again, the Waunwyllt would be our first choice

Review 8：A fantastic homely inn with pleasant bar with open fire and restaurant, beautifully decorated. We arrived late at night and had a lovely hot chocolate relaxing in the bar. Bedrooms were very comfortable with lovely decor and large en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. They even had gluten free options for my mother in law which is often difficult to find. Very friendly staff. Would definitely return. Had a lovely stay thank you.

Review 11：Food and service on Sunday need some work. This was the only disappointing part off the whole trip. Staff distracted, and disjointed, kept forgetting orders. Food a bit disappointing.

Review 13：The cheesy music playing in the evening and then again in the morning at breakfast. One round of the beegees is enough for me. Also there was only one vegetarian option on the evening menu and the portion size was not what I expected for the price. I ate slowly and filled up on garlic bread.

Review 15：The room was very cold on arrival. Breakfast on the first morning took for ever we sat waiting for some one to ask us what we wanted and then had to wait a long time before any thing arrived. The second day was a little better. The shower was not a running with a even temperature one minute hot and then cold. Also the towels were not replaced and were not dry enough to be used on the second day. On both nights my husband would have liked a beer but every thing was closed.

Review 16：My only issue was the lack of sound installation in the rooms. I stayed in room 5 which was a lovely room, however, directly above the restaurant area and near the kitchens which resulted in hearing the music being played and noise from the kitchen. I also knew people staying in the annexe building who also mentioned the paper thin walls and being able to hear every noise coming from the ajoning rooms.
