Review 1：- There is really nothing to complain about, perfect organisation, perfect hotel. The only disadvantage is that there is a street between the particular pool and the beach. Rest is perfect to relax

Review 2：+ Extremely nice staff at reception, breakfast, and dinner, all of them highly motivated to make your stay as enjoyable as possible + Room cleaning - there are 3-4 people cleaning at once, extremely fast and friendly + Small snacks and drinks for free, all day + Very close to Rhodos city, perfect Taxi organisation, 10 min and you are in the city center and old town + Greek people (not only from the hotel but in all restaurants, bars, taxis etc.) are really taking care of their guests! Best holiday country ever!! Forget about the bad News, go there and enjoy!!!!

Review 4：Fantastic one week stay in this lovely location. Can't say more: everything was perfect, especially thx to Stefanos for all the support given during our stay. Would definitely come back!

Review 5：Finishings were'nt perfect, which, when you're paying this much money, you expect them to be. Bathrooms needed to be resealed as mould was building up in areas, decking outside was coming lose and sticking up on afew panels. Deck chairs were alittle wonky. Also didn't love the reception area which I know is a stupid thing to pick at, but all the furniture was mismatched and kinda looked like the entry into a 3 star hotel.. was glad that the rooms made up for it!

Review 6：Room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating - they made our honeymoon in Rhodes one to remember, really going above and beyond to make us feel special and treated us just as their name states, as 'Elite' guests. Location was central with private access to the beach, within an enclosed area. Breakfast as part of the honeymoon package was free on the first day, very ellaborate! Rose petals on the floor upon arrival and free bubbles daily, along with a free half an hour couples romantic bath, and then massage.. we were in heaven!

Review 7：It was of great satisfaction to find that everything was as advertised, if not better and offered the perfect luxury retreat for a young couple. The suites and hotel were fabulous, food delicious and staff could not be more attentive and friendly. Room was absolutely perfect, comfortable and clean, facilities were all of a superb standard (including the spa) and the grounds of the hotel were lovely.

Review 12：To take full advantage of the views one must have a room on 3/4/5th floors. The hotel suffers with lots of road noise, the beach is accessed via a tunnel under the road. There is no WC on the beach and only one (yes ONE) for all hotel guests, not just Elite guests, to serve all of the swimming pools and its miles from the beach.

Review 13：The rooms are excellent, the service exemplary and the food in the restaurant a very high standard. Close enough to the Old Town (10 euros cab ride) - less than ten minutes - to be able to make regular visits to that excellent place.

Review 15：Staff are fantastic & nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spotless, the private pools are relaxing and everyone made the extra effort to make our stay enjoyable. Stay at this hotel. Leonadis and the team are on the ball.

Review 16：Not much can be done, but to get a view of the kocean which everyone wants, you are next to the small road going towards RhodeTown so it can get noisy during the day.

Review 17：Everything. It is really more like 5.5 stars. Rooms are very large (we were in the garden/pool rooms), a lovely welcome, complimentary sparkling wine and fruit in the room, great breakfast, including complimentary continental in the room, great food and prices, the staff was excellent and we really liked the elite suite manager, Leon, always greeting everyone at any time, very friendly. Great complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby during the day and evening, and a free limited bar in the lobby at night. The spa and free elite services were also wonderful. A top class hotel run in top class fashion.

While this next item is not acriticism, the excellent restaurant staff can be almost too attentive!

The roomand private infinity pool were perfect, with a magnificent unobstructedview of the Aegean Sea and the distant Turkish coastline. Themultilingual staff is exemplary, to a person. Special credit goes to themanager, Mr. Leonidas, whose keen eye for detail and discrete butceaseless inspections ensured that the Elite Suites performed at peakwhile appearing effortless. Special recognition also goes to Ms. Dariaat the front desk, who responded to our dental emergency with precision,speed, and discretion. Making an appointment with a nearby multlingualdentist at a modern clini, arranging transportation, and following upwith us after the visit to ensure that all was well and to ask if weneeded more assistance. In my 60 years,I have not witnessed this sort ofcare. We recommed the Elite Suites without hesitation and look forwardto our next visit.

Review 33：The worst thing may happen to anybody is to feel cheated and thats what happend to me where I booked a room with garden and sea view and when I checked in they did the process smoothly like everything is ok but when they took me to my room and ooops its not what I booked and when I asked for the one I booked simply they said not available and we decided to upgrade u which is for sure clearly not true.. Is this 5 star hotel .. Any way just to be fair they gave me free massage and dinner but I was able to pay and wanted my room .. :-( The location of the hotel is noisy .. Not for relaxation I have to use two elevators to reach the attractions ..!!
