Reviews for Woodacre B & B

Review 1:My continental navigation system was unable to find the adress (only time in UK that happened). The breakfast area contains only one community table for all guests which is not ideal for a romantic setting.

Review 2:The double bed squeaked as you turned over and was not comfortable.

Review 3:Friendly staff very approachable and really wanted us to enjoy our stay. It is in a lovely setting and ideal for our kids to have a run around with a ball outside. Great breakfast which catered for all our different tastes.

Review 4:the bed needed a more comfortable mattress, and the price was high for shared toilet facilities.

Review 5:Hosts were great, friendly and helpful. The access to Goodwood race circuit was easy, just down the road 10 min, by car, and a great local Pub at Holytree serving good meals.

Review 6:Nothing.

Review 7:Great location to explore the local area. Kevin, Sue and Andrew made us very welcome and couldn't have done any more to make our stay more enjoyable, the room room lovely and clean and the breakfast was great.

Review 8:Everything! The owners were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and they were very accommodating to us letting us sit in the separate dining room as we had a young baby with us. Can't really fault anything!

Review 9:Wifi was not working.

Review 10:Location (20-30 mins drive to the beach, green hills or tourist areas such as Petworth House), breakfast, staff. Room was clean and well kept.

Review 11:Location ideal for chichester/arundel. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic. Room with en suite and our own front door with nice decor. Comfortable crisp bedding. Free wifi. Ample parking and lovely grounds. More than pleased with our choice. Owner was lovely.

Review 12:We knew before we arrived that our room shared a bathroom but, even so, the stay would have been that much nicer had an en suite been available. Having said that, it was not a problem for a short stay.

Review 13:Lovely hosts. Very clean room with TV, beverages, toiletries etc. Very nice breakfast (but be prepared to order the evening before)- not a problem for us. Very convenient for Arundel and many local sightseeing visits.

Review 14:Instructions were confusing as we drove past Fontwell to Arundel and then had difficulty finding the roundabout. Great parking when we finally arrived

Review 15:Loved the setting and proximity to historic Arundel and the seaside. Delicious breakfast in the conservatory.

Review 16:During our first night was quite cold in the room and we found out later that the staff was not familiarised with the heating control sistem so they could not solve the problem . But Sue tried her best and offered some extra blankets. The doors from the rooms had no handle on outside you should have good nails to close it. The breakfast was quite the same in 2 days and not too much diversity on it (eggs and eggs). The wi-fi was quite a phantom in the whole building and some phone networks did not have any presence in that area. The price is a little bit too much for the offer.

Review 17:The staff , Sue, was very friendly and careful with the guests. The breakfast was good but not too diverse ( too many eggs products) The location was very nice surounded by different types of vegetation Nice car parking and good connection to the highway.

Review 18:Small room - mind your heads! We requested a room where no pets have stayed in - this demand was clearly neglected. Breakfast: hardly any youghurt - hardly any fruit Could not get into the shower
