Review 1：Very friendly staff from the time we arrived until our departure. Lovely deluxe room, overlooking golf course. Ate in the bar, lovely freshly cooked food nice atmosphere

Review 2：Perhaps not a bad experience but the fruit salad at breakfast time was always in enormous chunks or slices which had to be cut with a knife and fork before adding to my cereal. A minor nuisance.

Review 4：Staff were friendly. They couldn't do enough for you. I had a little moan about something & within minutes, it was sorted. Bedroom was overlooking the 18th green. Walk in shower & a separate bath. Breakfast was excellent & we had dinner there too which was also faultless.

Review 5：the waiters at Breakfast very surly and couldn't be bothered!! we asked for eggs we were told they would be 5 minutes and would be brought to us they never appeared, the dining room was very cramped and was sat next a person having fish, but no other tables were set for breakfast. Poor choice of fruit fro breakfast.

Review 7：We were woken up at 02.00 by people shouting & talking very loudly outside our bedroom window. We ordered smoked haddock & poached eggs for breakfast, but the fish was so salty it was almost inedible. I'm not good at complaining, neither is my son, so we ate it, but were incredibly thirsty all day. The room where the breakfast was served was really hot. Overall though, it was a very comfortable hotel & I would stay here again, but wouldn't order the smoked haddock!

Review 8：The location & the scenery was lovely. The bar area had a nice atmosphere & was not too hot; we had a very nice evening meal in there. The staff that we met were all extremely helpful & easy to talk to. The bedroom was quite roomy & the beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Review 9：Toilet was filthy. Had to call the manager to clean it, which he did very promptly but left a very uneasy feeling throughout our stay. When checking out, the owner offered us a free upgrade, ( if available) should we want to stay again.

Review 34：We did not sleep at all due to noisy fan that can't be switched off. When i informed the staff as i payed my bill, they told me they had previous complaints and they new about the problem and took my money. It was loud and i drove home tired. The fan is situated in the bathroom.

The staff member who was in charge of the wedding organisation was rude to family members; they were keen to watch the penalties between Brazil and Chile before heading back upstairs to the function room.

Review 61：The sight of a wedding party turning up for breakfast in their night wear, the waitress appeared to be as flabbergasted as us but was very professional and concealed it we'll, the bride being dressed in a silk short house coat l knew she was the bride as it was writing on the back, all women and children of all ages. I do not think the hotel had seen the like before.and l sure hadnt in all my years of staying in various hotels across the country.
