Review 4：Very easy to park our car. The room was well laid out and the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and breakfast was tasty. The proprietors were friendly and had a good knowledge of the surrounding area.
Review 5：I'm not normally one for awarding a straight 10 but this B&B is 5 star! The rooms are excellent - White Egyptian cotton sheets on a posturepedic bed, digitally controlled power showers in luxury enclosures - in a B&B! The whole place was scrupulously clean and fittings up to date and classy - and the breakfast - OMG, it was exceptionally good - excellent coffee from a cafetière and I've never seen a cleaner presented and tasty cooked breakfast on a white China plate - Oh, and I needed to use an iron, but they took my shirt and ironed it for me! All this and at a price cheaper than a 'Scummier Inn'.. If I have business in Portsmouth or Brighton, let alone Chichester or Arundel, I will travel the extra mile just to stay here again. Well done Mr. La!

Review 8：What a perfect choice we made staying at LA B&B! Parking was plentiful. Everything spotlessly clean you will have to remove your shoes on entry. The breakfast was scrumptious, the bedroom & it's facilities were outstanding and we were even given personal service when we were driven to a perfect pub for an evening meal,and then collected after the meal. How many landlords do that? I can wholeheartedly endorse this wonderful place.
Review 9：I was in Chichester for an appt at St Richards so I needed a comfortable quiet place to stay and I found it! Everything was perfect,quiet room,comfortable bed and the owners were very kind and polite. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend .

Review 18：We were greeted with a smile and such a friendly couple. The room was spacious with an en-suite. Very very clean. Breakfast was lovely. The owners were very chatty and helpful if u needed it. A short walk into the town for food, drink and shopping. Also close to main roads should u need them. We will definitely stay there again. Excellent value for money.
